On the 2nd floor, you'll find the bunk room with it's own private bathroom, large closet, extra reading lights, ship-lap nautical finishes, and a flat screen TV.

The 2nd floor also includes 2 separate bedrooms, adjoined by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, each featuring a full-size bed and amazing views down to the pool!

The 2nd family room/den is also located on the 2nd floor. Here you'll find a comfy wrap-around sofa, a large flat screen TV, and game table! The family room also features an office desk, creating the perfect space in case you need to knock out a little work during your visit.

The beach is an easy bike ride, or moderate walk from your front steps. A convenient and safe walking path runs alongside the roadway all the way to the beach. About a 1/2-mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season.

If you're looking for a place with an outstanding pool, you cannot beat Cypress Breeze! The home is located on the amazing neighborhood pool. At about 13,000 square feet, with multiple waterfalls and grottos, it's one of the largest community pools in all of Northwest Florida! Pool hours are subject to change. Enjoy your mornings at the beach and come back to splash in the amazing resort-style pool!

We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street. Overflow storage options may be available locally, but are not guaranteed - be sure to plan ahead, as overflow storage is not available or permitted on property.
