Step outside to discover distinct outdoor spaces designed for year-round enjoyment. Host al fresco dinners in the open-air dining area while catching the game on the outdoor TV, the fireplace setting the perfect ambiance. For a quieter moment, retreat to the additional outdoor lounge for comfortable seating and another TV—your go-to spot for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Inside, the open-concept living area is where your group can come together effortlessly. Relax in the comfortable living room, gather around the elegant dining table, or whip up meals in the luxe kitchen, complete with a gas range and a dedicated coffee corner. Thoughtful design details and curated decor add warmth and character, creating a home that feels both stylish and welcoming.
At bedtime, the spa-like primary suite invites you to unwind with a luxurious shower and standalone soaking tub. Two additional guest rooms and a charming bunk room ensure there's space for everyone, whether you're traveling with friends or family.
When it’s time to explore, you’re just a short trip from the beach and nearby Seaside, where boutique shopping, casual dining, and local charm await. With convenient parking, in-home laundry, and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout, Seagrove Gardens is your ideal coastal getaway.

30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

- Guests are responsible for any parking tickets issued to the golf cart during their stay. Failure to pay will result in a $500 fine.

- Parking is available for three vehicles.
- No parking is available in the garage.
- Please park only in front of Seagrove Gardens and not in front of any other home.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
