Lovely home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at Blue Paradise. The house and pool were clean and in great shape. It’s only a 4 minute walk to the beach. Very convenient location to Publix and restaurants.

Definitely recommend staying here! We had the best time, and everything was so nice! The host was so wonderful to work with and SO kind!! Will be staying here again in the future if available!!!

Wonderful location with great access to everything!

We had an amazing vacation and loved our house! It perfectly housed 2 families - 4 adults and 5 children. We loved having the pool after a day at the beach. Very close beach access, definitely only a 5 minute walk. It's in a busy location with the Tom Thumb being on the back end of the property, but this was convenient for an ice or beer run. It's also in the middle of everything - easy to get to Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary beach. Also within easy walking distance of several shops and breakfast spots. Definitely recommend staying here - what a wonderful vacation!

Great location and pool

Great location and wonderful to have a pool on a hot day. Place could’ve been cleaner. Out of propane. No essentials on hand (TP, trash bags, salt, pepper, cleaner, etc.). Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 8.

We had a great time !!

Family vacation - 6 adults and 2 toddlers.. Location was great.. short walk to beach access., donuts and ice cream shops nearby. Pool furniture could use some replacement. Collected a water bottle of multiple size and types of nails and screws on the pool patio deck and sidewalk area causing concern for bare feet. The kitchen is very well stocked.. there is even a built in ice maker.. plenty of seating for meals and and watching TV. Would definitely stay again ..

Great choice!

We has an awesome time at this house. Amazing memories. Great location just off 30A with quick access to the beach one block away. Very comfortably sleeps 10 adults and teenagers. No need for a car except to drive to the Publix. A two minute walk to one of the best restaurants in the area (Thirty A Cafe). Convenient store right around the corner. Plenty of bike rental options within walking distance. Pool is great. Kitchen is very functional (may want to bring your own kitchen tongs if you like to cook). I guess due to Covid there are no supplies in the kitchen, so plan on buying everything including salt and pepper. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed.

Excellent All Around

Truly exceeded expectations. The reviews, even recent ones, were mixed, so I had some reticence . . . I don't know if they changed property managers, but all I can tell you this was simply excellent all around. Truly hospital clean. The kitchen had everything I could imagine insofar as equipment. All you need to bring or buy is staples. The Publix is a mile away, the beach a five minute walk, the Seaside Pavillion an easy bike, 15 min walk, or 5 min drive. The pool perfect size, the balconies great. No way I would want 12 people under roof, but for half that truly great. It was just me and my two teenage sons, and we lived like kings. Highly recommend and plan to return without even looking at other properties. Excellent job by the owners and managers.

Summer Fun!

We have been going to the Emerald Coast for 20+ years. We have stayed in a variety of VRBO accommodations from Destin to Seacrest Beach...condos & houses...trips with just my wife and I & trips with our family and extended family. This one had pretty much everything we could ask for. QUICK easy access to the beach. Pool for those days you didn't feel like heading down to the beach. Short walk to grab food, drinks, or other necessities from the Tom Thumb. I would have expected a lot of noise from 30A and the Tom Thumb in the back, but that was not the case. Proximity to Seaside and bike rentals was awesome. Plenty of space in the family room to congregate. Plenty of room around the pool for family members staying in other houses to visit and socialize. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep our 10 adults. Easy access to laundry on the same floor as most of the bedrooms. We did have some issues that we had to contact the property managers about...but they were VERY responsive and quick to help us solve the problems. It is a location that we would DEFINITLY return to in the future.

Great location but Property is not really ready for renters

The location of this property is very close to places to eat and the running trail and close to the beach. Our stay was ok but I could not possibly rave. The ceiling is stained and parts of it were literally falling down. We had a water leak that kinda showed where the issue was. We had a maintenance man and plumber out for that. The issue was not fixed while we were there. We had large black and red ants through out the unit (I assume they liked the water) We were told it would get sprayed, I am not sure if that happened. We still saw ants. I know it is the south I have stayed at many places though and this was a bit much. The lower level AC went out. We had the maintenance man and the HVAC back out. The 2nd level bath had a broken shower door. We were asked if they could replace while there. I said yes as we already had so many people in the house with us why not more? However they left the bathroom messy, the shower curtain and rod laying in the hall and a pool of water with it. The dryer is awful. Any more than 5 items and you will never see your stuff dry. I understand things happen and I am very laid back however I don't like to feel I am bothering a property management company on issues they really need to address. They were not friendly or overly concerned about anything. Very disappointing. After the 1st two things you would thing they would say sorry about your vacation! Also important-Seagrove Beach has little space for you to set up unless you are in a condo or rent chairs and an umbrella. We are ok with that but it is helpful to know they will force you to move if you are in your own chair. This house needs a plumbing upgrade and the ceilings re drywalled and painted, a new dryer and AC unit. If you are ok with that the location is really very good.

Great Property!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the private pool and short walk to the beach! There was a question about the location, as the property manager indicated several times when asked that the property was in Seagrove, but every GPS app we used (we tried about 4) plus google indicated the address is Santa Rosa so we were a little confused, but the GPS seemed to be correct as we made it to the house with no issues. The kitchen was very well stocked which made cooking a few dinners at the house easy and enjoyable and we found the Tom Thumb perfect for restocking on essentials and picking up beach items and snacks for the kids when walking to and from the beach. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Decent Place, Poorly Managed

This place is as advertised in the listing and the photos are accurate. Amble space and decent size pool. It is a short walk to the beach, with a designated crosswalk. The public beach access point delivers you to a beach is that is private access only, so you can not set up chairs or a tent. You have to walk down to the public beach. The house is located behind a gas station and restaurant, which is convenient but makes for loud noise for most of the night. The wifi in this house DOES NOT WORK! When you can get a signal you can only basically check emails and that is slow. That weak signal goes out for hours at a time. We called to have it fixed and were told there is nothing wrong with it. The biggest issue with this house is the management company. They say check-in time is 5:00 pm but you are not guaranteed in until 7:00 pm. We had to sit outside the house for 2 hrs for it to be cleaned. Then once inside it was not properly cleaned with dirt left throughout. The pool was not cleaned and due to storms quickly turned green. We called and were told we were not a priority and it would get done at some point. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. We finally got ahold of Kia, who was professionals, quickly solved our problem, and told us when the pool cleaning would occur. Overall these things did not ruin our trip but definitely made it difficult and took time away from our vacation.

The house was perfect for the 5 of us. The location is very convenient for getting to the beach, to Seaside and to the grocery store.

Nice stay

My husband & I rented this house to stay with our 2 daughters (19 & 22) for a week. The house was beautiful, but could’ve been a little cleaner. Also the pool was a bit dirty. The house does have lots of amenities. It was close to tons of restaurants & little shops. The beaches are gorgeous. Would definitely recommend renting a golf cart.
