Light, airy and spacious and meticulously clean 1 bedroom apartment in the Five Sisters neighborhood of Burlington's South End.

Walking distance to Church Street, bike path, Pine Street arts district and Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont.

Off-street parking, washer-drier, full suite of kitchen appliances, utensils and dishware.

Free WiFi, Roku TV with streaming services (no cable). There is a workspace for your laptop and a comfy couch to relax.

The bedroom has a queen bed and can sleep two people. There's a medium-sized couch that pulls out to a full size bed.

It's a pretty simple first floor apartment with the owner living upstairs. It's bigger than expected. Decent location about a 20-minute walk to downtown.

The apartment was as described and very clean. James was friendly and helpful. I think the apartment furnishings could use an update, otherwise everything was great. Very quiet neighborhood and close to several attractions.

Location was great. I would suggest maybe getting a full length mirror or a mirror over dresser in the bedroom - a little something for the female visitors. And maybe more silverware and wine glasses!! Other than that, it was perfect! Thanks!

The description was accurate. My only concern was the lack of smoke detectors (and carbon monoxide detectors). The location was close to where we needed to be to explore Burlington and UVM. (You still need to drive or bike to most places).

Clean and comfortable in Burlington

Everything was as listed. I spent very little time there and didn’t cook any meals, so can’t comment on the kitchen. Greatly appreciated the air conditioner units as it was super hot and humid during my visit (mid-July).

Nice place to stay in Burlington

We really enjoyed the convenient location, easy check in, and the accurate listing. This is a a Large place with easy parking, in a quiet neighborhood. Walking stance to downtown and other attractions.

The perfect quiet spot, but close to all the stuff!

Nice quiet neighborhood, very convenient. Clean, simple, peaceful escape from all the busyness of the city. The kitchen had an eclectic collection of tools and dishes, everything I was looking for, even salt and pepper! The shower was amazing!! The driveway was a little challenging, it wouldn’t be the best for a very large vehicle. The host sent pictures, so it was easy to find!!

Weekend in Burlington

My husband and I came for an event on Saturday and to do some biking. No problems with either activity; the unit was close to both. Odd pricing of 30 per person added at booking (I thought it was a VRBO thing but it is the owner). I personally am confused about why 60 wasn't just added to the rental. The place is perfect in both location and set up. One thing someone else mentioned: limited utensils. 3 spoons, a few forks.

Good value

Jame's place was good value and located ideally for us (close to daughter's college but also only a short walk into the main part of Burlington).It could do with a little freshen up overall - there was very little cutlery and crockery, requiring regular washing of things to have enough for the next meal, and we threw out some very expired food in the cupboard. A few little extra touches would make it excellent.

Great Location

My GF and I enjoyed our stay very much! Great walking location to down town and 1/2 way point to majority of the brewies. Also near the bike path and farmers Market. Would stay again. Great host

Two nights stay in September

I came up for a weekend to visit my child. You just started college at Champlain. The location of this apartment was great. Replace it’s pretty much as advertised, clean and cozy. One thing to be aware of is that the floors were loud both in the apartment and upstairs where the owner lives.

This little apartment is actually much bigger than the pictures would suggest. Very spacious. Perfect location in a cute neighborhood. James was super friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a piece of cake. Highly recommend!

Great location, Clean

Check in very easy and made clear by James. Apartment big and comfortable for 2 people. All that you need is included, sheets, towels, kitchen supplies and laundry. The location was right off Pine St. and the bike path, perfect for us avid cyclists. A good choice.

A perfect place for a little R&R in the heart of South Burlington!

This rental is in a great location for all that South Burlington has to offer! The apartment is nicely equipped with creature comforts including board games, books, a kitchen that has what you need to cook a meal in if you so desired. I felt safe and secure and knew I that I could reach out to James with any questions or concerns.

Weekend in Burlington

My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting Vermont. As described, the property was very clean, and easy to access. Host was incredibly responsive; I heard back from him very quickly anytime I sent a message. Would stay here again!
