Welcome to our dream home! After years of anticipation, we have finally made it into this hidden gem complex in Kona. In September 2024, we completed a full remodel, bringing our vision to life. We have installed A/C.
The kitchen has been completely updated with brand-new cabinets, appliances, and a spacious island, creating a cozy and inviting space. We’ve stocked it all with new dishes, glassware, pots, pans and cutlery, plus every utensil you might need including an air fryer, crockpot, rice-cooker, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder and milk frother, blender and toaster.
The bedroom, with its wall of windows, features a comfortable king bed with fresh linens and pillows. It can be left open to the living room or closed off with sliding doors for privacy.
The living room is furnished with all new pieces and a 65 inch smart TV. The lanai, which adds 200 ft.² of living space, is perfect for lounging with a comfy daybed and two chairs ideal for reading or soaking in the magnificent sunsets.
The bathroom is truly one of a kind. The expansive windows make you feel as if you’re showering outdoors, and the standalone tub (a must for Kari) offers the ultimate relaxation. We’ve even added a Toto washlet (bidet) for an extra touch of luxury,
For your convenience, there’s a full-size stacked washer and dryer. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and a cooler for your trips to the beach..
Parking is conveniently located right in front, with just four steps to the front door. The backyard space is private, with no neighbors directly behind.
The complex feels like a resort with lush landscape and two pools. Gas barbecues are available throughout the grounds. Right behind the complex is Kona country club, home to an 18-hole golf course. Keauhou Bay and marina are just a short walk away offering fishing and snorkeling tours as well as the renowned night manta ray snorkel. You can also find stand up paddle boarding and outrigger canoeing in the bay .
Just a quick walk, takes you to Keauhou shopping center where you find KTA grocery store, Longs drugs, several fantastic restaurants, bars, an urgent care center, and a seven screen movie theater. Plus, don’t miss the farmers market every Saturday

We are Kari and Greg Hall. We love everything Big Island! In fact, this is our fourth property in Kona.
We live in Cave Creek Az with our 2 beloved dogs, Harley and Luka.
We have 5 grandchildren between 2 daughters that live in Az and are so much fun! They are ages 6 and under and we love being nearby.
When not in Az, we travel quite alot but Kona is our second home.
We have remodeled four condos now and enjoy making beautiful places for us and YOU to enjoy.

We have been wanting to buy in this complex for the past four years. We love the intimacy and privacy. The fact that it’s a single story, shares just one wall with the next unit, has parking right in front were all huge pluses for us. I especially love the vaulted open beam ceiling. The location is very central making it a great home base while exploring BI. It’s quiet, serene and peaceful. Short stroll to Keauhou Bay/Marina and in the opposite direction, Keauhou shopping center.

The remodel is exquisite. From new furnishings, brand new kitchen, dishes, pots and pans and small appliances it’s ideal for convenience of cooking in. We have a brand new full size washer and dryer. The bathroom is my favorite! Stand alone tub and shower that feels like it’s outdoors. In the bedroom, there’s a king size bed. The living room with new sofa, chairs and 65” smart TV. Outside, an expansive lanai/deck with a daybed and 2 chairs. The sunsets are spectacular.
