8/10 Bueno

For a “condo”, the unit was similar to a hotel room. The furniture is outdated and bed linens were worn/torn. There were sufficient dishes, utensils, and cooking appliances,. There were also a lot of condiments and spices. Bathroom had a nice shower with rainfall shower head and a separate hand held wand. There was also bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The condo was located right next to Ali’i Drive, which makes it a little noisy, but it was quiet when it needed to be. It is located about a 1/2 mile from the pier and Many other shops and businesses. The owner was very responsive to any request that we made. It is part of a larger unit building, so parking could be an issue if you returned after 5 o’clock. Many times there were cars parked that didn’t appear to have parking passes; that’s on the property management, not the owner. You are able to park off site if all the spaces around the building are full.Laundry facilities are nice, however, two of the five washing machines weren’t working on the day we were using them. Again, that’s on the facility manager, not on the owner.Front desk staff could be hit or miss depending on who was there. Most were very nice and helpful. The unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, wakeboards, and beach towels that were very nice to have. Also a couple of coolers so you could take beverages with you.Overall, it was a good unit in a location we were looking for, and it made our stay nice.
