This trilevel home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, boasts two fully separate units, each with its own entrance and private backyard, providing ultimate privacy and flexibility. The bottom unit, which is currently rented out long-term, has its entrance at the back of the house, providing easy and discrete access.
On the other hand, the top unit is where the main entrance door and parking area are located in the driveway and the cul-de-sac. Upon entering the top unit, you will be greeted with a spacious and naturally lit living room space that flows seamlessly into the dining room area and a fully functional kitchen, making it an ideal space for entertaining or everyday living.
As you make your way upstairs, you will find three generously sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms located on the left side. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a king canopy bed that exudes elegance and comfort. The attached bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The second bedroom features a queen bed.The third bedroom is perfect for kids or guests, featuring a bunk bed with a full-size and twin mattress. Another bathroom is located on this level, complete with a bathtub.
Step outside into the backyard, and you will find a comfortable seating area. The grill adds an extra touch, making it an ideal space for nice get-togethers with family and friends.
One of the many standout features of this home is its abundance of natural light, making every room feel bright and airy. The cozy and updated interior is immaculately clean, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that you will not want to leave.
