📷 Security Camera: A front door & back door camera is in place for safety. No interior cameras for guest privacy nor directed at the hot tub.
Pet Friendly- Please pick up after your pet to avoid additional cleaning fees.
🚭No Smoking: If smoking is found to have occurred inside the home, you may be subject to a deep cleaning fee.
⏲️Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout time will be subject to additional fees.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are based on housekeeping availability—please reach out!
- Before You Arrive: To ensure a smooth and seamless stay, we require all guests to complete a short Rental Acknowledgement and registration form after booking. A secure link will be sent shortly. Once completed, we’ll send your check-in details.
Other things to note
We are not 420 friendly. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside, please. Outdoor smoking is permitted.
We use cameras outdoors and in the garage but never inside. The hot tub is not within view of any camera.
The indoor fireplace is currently decorative and not safe for use.
For your comfort and safety the home is protected with an alarm system. We`ll give guests instructions about how to arm and disarm the alarm.

Photo ID required for all reservations. Minimum age to rent this property is 25.
