Villa Briezh, located on St. Thomas's Southside, is a stunning retreat just a short walk from Abi Beach (7 mins) and Limetree Beach Resort (10 mins) with 2 restaurants, pool, and beach access. This spacious, beautifully furnished condo offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the amazing deck and benefit from free parking right outside the unit. Villa Briezh combines luxury and convenience for the ultimate island escape!

The villa is equipped with automatic backup generator in case of island power outages, so you will never be without power!

The house is great. You'll never see a neighbor and you'll rarely see the other folks on the property. WiFi is great, Kitchen is great and the beds are comfortable. It is tough to find / navigate to, but google maps helps a lot. It's in the middle of the two main "towns" you want to go to. It pretty much has a private beach. There's a trail that's passable, but not easy to traverse. It's very much worth it. We came across a few people on a massive beach and were by ourselves 98% of the time. We had one boat with 20 people on it come once. Outside of that it was all ours. Pretty cool.

Beautiful view

It’s a beautiful peaceful area. The view is amaaazing!! Make sure you rent a car because this isn’t an easy area to travel to. In general I recommend renting a car for st Thomas. The main living room does not have AC but all the bedrooms do.

Extremely Disappointing and HOT - Do NOT Recommend

Sadly, this is the first poor review I've ever given on any platform. PROS: Sydnee was nice. View is lovely (except guys working on roof in our view). Plenty of room. Accommodating with early check in. Cool hike to beach. Nice kitchen (limited for cooking). CONS: They don't tell you there is zero AC in common areas. They told us to leave bedroom doors open (no privacy-they all open to LR), but even then the units are so old they can't keep up. We never cooled down even with doors open. White, scratchy sofas visually soiled and torn up-stuffing was falling out-zipper broken. Pillows dirty/torn. ALL smoke detectors still had the tags that are supposed to be removed during installation to work. The master batteries were dead. Not safe. Master vertical blinds to balcony were broken and wouldn't close. Sunlight flooded in early am and workers on the neighbors' roof could see right in. (We texted Sydnee about both of these concerns on day 2-no reply. Poor communication.) SEVERAL windows have no covering at all. If you like sleeping on a flat rock, you're all set! No luggage racks or dressers. No place for luggage-just hanging space. Bed and nightstand only, maybe a chair. No hooks on doors or in bathroom. The master bath shower went hot then cold, then hot then cold, and so on. Miserable. They advertise being near two restaurants, but they don't tell you it's a resort. Sydnee basically told us to go and just stay quiet about not being a guest. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sorry, girls.

Beautiful place

Just as pictured even the view was as pictured. So beautiful . Not a lot of cooking pans or storage containers to put extra food in. I would call it a very minimalist VRBO. Devon was a blessing as our gps had us going 2 different ways and she met us at Cost u Less and we followed her to the house. The neighborhood rooster woke me at 6 every morning but I loved it cause there was nothing better than waking up and sitting with a cup of coffee to that view.

Great view!

The sunsets are spectacular plus you get to watch the cruise ships come and go. The house was very clean and the host very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing

This is by far the best VRBO I've stayed at. The place is centrally located to all activities. It has a great view of the water and was very peaceful. I would stay here again.

Okay

Although beautiful, the home was not equipped well enough so bring additional tp; paper towels; soaps; etc. The kitchen utensils and cookware was so minimal. Couldn’t cook a proper meal. nice layout and sleeps 6 but our master bed was very uncomfortable. Good communication and friendly before and after checkin. There was pictures of the next door resorts pool when I booked so we were disappointed to find out this home does not have a pool. You have to drive to get there. The beach is wonderful but unless you can truly hike on rocks/mud/inclines/ etc, it’s a struggle. It was for most in our party. Location was ok. Off the main road, it was in the way back of residential area and the resort mentioned previously, is in the opposite direction, not walkable. I probably wouldn’t stay again because of the pool being misrepresented and the lack of cooking things. We still had a lovely stay, who wouldn’t at this beautiful island.
