Inside, the bright main living area, compact kitchen, and airy dining room all boast panoramic ocean vistas, creating a serene atmosphere.

The primary suite on the upper level offers a king bed, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, ideal for savoring the sunrise or sunset over the waves. The second level includes another master suite with an en-suite bathroom, plus two guest bedrooms, all with captivating ocean views.

This house is adorable--a quintessential beach house. Beautiful view of the ocean, dolphins playing in the surf and easy access to the beach. Marllize was a dream to work with and took care of every detail regarding our stay. We will definitely stay again if we make it back to Seabrook Island.

Absolutely Wonderful

The view and access to the beach are unbeatable; the location, design, landscaping, and maintenance of the house itself is spectacular; the logical thought, sound decision making, care, and thoughtfulness of the owners and property manager are evident in every detail of the house and amenities provided; communication with the property manager was wonderful and to the highest standard of excellence; the island itself is breathtaking, as are the views of the birds and sea life from the house and during morning oceanside walks. In decades of beach front vacations along the east coast and gulf, this was my favorite. Hopefully we will be back for years to come!

This oceanfront property is absolutely delightful and just steps from the beach. Seabrook Island is a must go-to place to be. Their pool and restaurant area is fabulous.We rented a golf cart to ride around the resort. This house was just perfect for our family. It is a well furnished and well stocked, from wine glasses down to placemats. The resort is just around the corner from a Harris Teeter. So this made grocery shopping easy. The house has beach chairs, inner tubes, and umbrellas. It also has lots of fun wildlife to watch out for.We got to see a release of turtles on the beach, deer, and armadillos. The beds were super comfortable, and the hosts left small amenities, like an extra razor, in the bathrooms. Our hostess was amazing. I highly recommend staying on this property.

We couldn’t be happier that our beach front house was the launchpad for a great time on Seabrook Island. It does indeed enjoy the most unique position, all but on the sand and close enough to the beach club for those days when a pool and lunch in the oceanside restaurant do the trick. Consider coming back in the off season when the beach is all but deserted but the view remains the same and the wildlife is friskier - we would be honored to have you return and value so greatly your appreciation of a place we hold very dear. Amazing Views

The views and location can not be beat. Mear steps to the beach. The accomodations were adequate for our party of 3 kids and 4 adults. We had some issues with the smart themometer and it was a little frustrating to not be able to control the temprature of the house ourselves. It was adjusted after a couple of days but it was rather warm in the house the first night. The kitchen is fairly well stocked and the second fridge downstairs was nice to store extra drinks. We enjoyed the grill and being able to eat outside on the deck. The outdoor shower is fantastic and it was nice to be able to rinse everyone off from the beach and then go right inside on the lower level. Overall we enjoyed another lovely vacation on Seabrook Island.

Thank you so much for your review ……… we are thrilled that you appreciated the special location and how few houses on seabrook Island have direct access onto the sand within the blink of a small eye. Your stay coincided with the heat bomb nestling right over the east coast and the instant the request to alter the temperature came through we attended to it. Given the nature of cooling a house in extreme weather we are sorry it took a little while for you to feel the effects and we hope the ceiling fans and numerous free standing fans helped tide you over and we very much hope you will come back again.

It was our first time to Seabrook Island and we are already planning to return. The house is in an absolutely perfect location - close enough to walk to the Beach Club but just far enough to feel secluded. We never tired of the view. We've stayed in many rental properties and this was as well outfitted as we can remember. Clean, quiet, games, beach chairs/umbrellas/boards - everything we needed for a spectacular vacation. And Marlize was an impeccable host making sure we were taken care of. 5 stars across the board!
