This home is perfect for large groups or families. It can sleep up to 18 people. Each bedroom is furnished with high quality memory foam mattresses to give you the best sleep while you're vacationing! There are 3 large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and can sleep 4 people per room.

The driveway is very spacious and can fit 3-4 standard size cars.

The back patio is so spacious with a bunch of games which will be entertaining and fun for kids: Rustic Ring Toss, Connect 4, Mini Golf Putt Set, Mini Basketball Set, Corn Hole

The kitchen has all the cooking essentials you would need if you would like to cook homemade meals.

It is conveniently located in Little Saigon, nearby a lot of delicious restaurants, 15 mins to Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, and Bolsa Chica Beach, 15-20 mins to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the house looked exactly like the photos in the listing. I really appreciated how communicative and accommodating the host was throughout my stay. It made everything so much easier. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The home was just like the pictures, the hosts were very Friendly and had great response time. The only issue I had was checking in, but the host helped me immediately

We were in town for a volleyball scrimmage. The house had everything we needed. Jody was amazing checking in each day to make sure we were having a great stay.

Family trip to Disney

We needed a place for our whole family to sleep after days spent at Disney, and this was a great spot. About 18 min from Disney parking, easy accessibility to freeways, and plenty of beds. The grandkids had fun in the beautiful patios space and plenty of hot water for everyone. Great communication from owners. We would do it again.

Wonderful and completely enjoyable

This was the most excellent property. The home was spotless, exactly as advertised, and our host was so exceptionally accommodating, caring and helpful! It was central to all of our activities, stores and restaurants. I can't say enough to capture how satisfied I have been, or how much I'm looking to booking again. A PERFECT 10!

Perfect for a graduation weekend!

This property was perfect for hosting family and friends from out of town for my girlfriend’s graduation! It was so easy to get to places like Huntington Beach and Newport Beach to show everyone around while also being the perfect place to hang out and rest when needed. The showers and bathrooms were stocked with nice products to use and there were plenty of games and activities to use during down time. The host is really kind and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would recommend for a nice stay with a big group and easy access to fun spots around the area!

Garden Grove

Owner was very accommodating, Understanding and communicative! The home was beautiful and well kept, comfortable. Great for large groups but plan ahead of time, unlike me who waited till the last minute and things were still great. Close to the Long Beach airport and 15 min from Walter Pyramid where we were competing for the weekend

Finding Joy

Our family, recently, loss our mother and the family home was no longer available. We needed to find a place to gather for Thanksgiving because we did not want to break the family tradition. We found this place 2 days before Thanksgiving and the host was amazing. This place was exactly what was shown and exactly what we needed. Our family had plenty of space to stretch out in the 5 bedrooms. There were plenty beds and bathrooms and everyone of all ages enjoyed the game room. Who doesn't love classic Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat stand up arcade games? From puzzles to basketball to axe throwing outside on the back patio, there was something for everyone. We were all able to gather around the island and dining/living room area and honor our mother's memory by continuing to be together for the holiday.

Great Place

First, the house is great. Super clean. LOTS of BEDS! I think the listing says 1200 square feet, but it's much bigger than that. The garage is a bonus game room and the kids had a lot of fun hanging out in there. There is a bunch of seating outside, but not much (other than dining chairs and stools) indoors, especially in the kitchen area. A couple of things. 1. Hot tub is an inflatable tub that is small and not amazing. There is also a $200 additional charge to heat it. 2. Host only communicates via the VRBO app. I've stayed at a number of VRBO places and I've always gotten a call/text from the host. Not a huge deal, but just not immediate responses if you need something. Host did do a good job responding, but again, not the speed of text/call. Again, overall house was great and would definitely stay there again, especially with a large group or group with multiple families!

Disappointed

There was a dirty wash cloth in the restroom upstairs... the sink in the downstairs restroom wasn't cleaned... the coffee pot had leftover coffee in it as did the water kettle... the tables outside hadn't been wiped down.... there were not enough tv's and they didn't even have basic cable... the wifi never worked.... there was not a hose on the bbqer so we couldn't even use it... the lights outside didn't work... the step on the stairs was broke and two people slipped down the stairs. There were washcloths in the restrooms in lieu of hand towels. We had a party of 17 so the wash rags were done with in one day and the garbage can outside was overflowing with other peoples trash when we checked in. With Covid increasing, we should have felt like it was cleaned very well and it wasn't. There is no gathering place for a large party except for outside but inside the house is not comfortable at all.
