- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. on top of that, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.

- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the provided can, as toilet paper can cause clogging when thrown in the toilet.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 24C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $50 cap on electricity.
