The huge terrace (900 sq. ft.) acts as an extension to these. It enhances movement from inside to outside (vice versa) and gives way to the soothing sound of the stream located a few meters from the Villa. From the terrace rises a green space/land whose horizon harmonizes with the river. The upper floor has been designed so that each suite offers private moments to residents, always in the comfort of views and light. PS The signatory person for the rental agreement must be over 30 years old.
