We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property during your visit but are readily available via the messaging app should you need any assistance or local recommendations. We will provide you with a printed house manual and digital guidebook to help answer any questions that may come up.

Guests will have private access to the entire home and its amenities, including the two-car garage, driveway, fenced-in yard, and hot tub. A few owner's closets will be locked and are not accessible to guests.

Each of the four grand bedrooms features its own private ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for your group:
- Main Level: One bedroom with a queen bed and a dedicated workspace.
- Main Level: A second bedroom with a king bed and its own gas fireplace for added ambiance.
- Second Level: One bedroom with a king bed.
- Second Level: A fourth bedroom perfect for kids, featuring two full beds, a sofa, and a TV for movie nights.
Step outside into your private mountain oasis. Unwind in the bubbling hot tub, surrounded by majestic Jeffrey Pines, or enjoy the safety of the fenced-in yard. The home's expansive corner lot is ideal for yard games in the summer or snow play during the winter months.
We have a large driveway that can accommodate 4 cars and a spacious two car garage.
To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:
- No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Lake Tahoe, our cabin does not have air conditioning.
- Mountain Life: Dust and pollen can accumulate quickly on outdoor furniture. The BBQ and other outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter (typically October- May). The outdoor fire pit is not available to guests year round. If used guests could be subject to a $500 fine.
- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter.
- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld.
- Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
- Our espresso Machine is currently out of order as of December 2025.
