The cabins are a combined 2,380 SF, 5 bedroom - 4 baths, & sleeps 22. It`s centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit. If you`re tired of city lights, sit out on the porch and stargaze!



What to Bring? Fire wood and Charcoal, shampoo & bath soap, personal items & toiletries, and extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags



This 2,380 square foot air conditioned compound can be yours to enjoy!

It includes two homes nested on the same 1 acre property. Both have an open concept living/dining/kitchen space, 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms in one house, 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms in the other home. Sheets and pillow cases are provided, but if you prefer your own, the master A has 1 cali king bed, and both guest bedrooms have 3 full size beds. The master in the guest house has 2 queens, and the guest bedroom has 2 fulls. You`ll find the kitchens and bathrooms stocked with the necessities - pots & pans, silverware, cutlery, general appliances, standard coffee pot (bring your filters and grounds), keurig (bring your k-cups), paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels and kitchen hand towels, etc. Both houses also include the use of a washer and dryer.



The cabins are centrally located to several river access locations including Kenneth Arthur Bridge at Frio Country crossing (1 mile), Neal`s Bridge (1 mile), Comanche Crossing(2 miles), Third Crossing at 7-Bluffs (3 miles), and Garner State Park (9 miles). It`s located a very short distance from River Road, the main drive in Concan, for easy access to all locations. Parking at either of those locations, minus Garner, typically cost $10 - $20 per vehicle.



Cell phone coverage is slowing expanding, but typically only people with AT&T & Sprint/T-mobile wireless phones will have any service, which is typical of the whole Concan area. If you do not have service, you can connect to the wifi upon arrival. The house has a TV with Netflix, YouTube TV, games and activities are in the home for your use, as well!

Escape the crowds, noise, and trash that accompanies the Guadalupe and Comal. Come and enjoy the hidden treasure which is the Frio River! Relax under stars that you forgot existed!



You will have the entire property to yourself during your stay. Confetti materials and fireworks are not allowed on the property at any time. When the county does not have a burn ban in effect, guests may use the fire pit for campfires.



Note: The cabin is not ADA compliant, the main house is on grade, requiring no steps or high transitions for access, but the guest cabin is elevated more than 3` and requires steps for entry. Please keep this in mind when booking.



IF YOU ARE REQUESTING TO BOOK A HOLIDAY WEEKEND WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT A MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY THOSE WEEKENDS. (MEMORIAL, LABOR, 4TH OF JULY*)



* Sheets are provided, but if you prefer your own, Cherokee Oaks has 2 full sized beds and 2 Queen sized beds. Laurel Canyon has 6 full sized beds and 1 Cali King bed.

* One bath towel is provided per guest, as well as a kitchen hand towel.

* We provide toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags (1 each per stay), be

sure to bring extra if needed.

* Hand soap, dish washing soap, and laundry soap are provided.
