Los Encino's, a beautiful two story home nestled under a collection of huge Encino trees, shade will not be issue. The home offers a little bit of something for everyone. The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps 22. The home is very spacious, with a split kitchen and dining room area. Fully equipped kitchen for you and your family to enjoy. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs you will have a second living area, giving you a break from watching what the kids are want. Your Frio time will be spent outside, relax from your covered patio and the secluded backyard. Enjoy the privacy of the outdoors without any distractions, other that the occasional deer wanting to be fed, the private backyard has several picnic tables, BBQ pit, and a large, covered patio area.

PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
We provide:
