Who wouldn't love to dive into the pool right off the front door? This home provides seating on the porch and down by the Cabana allowing your guests to have options on where they would like to enjoy each other’s company. Sit on the front or back porch and enjoy the quiet of the Hill Country and the views of the area. The home is located just 15 minutes from the popular Garner State Park and a few minutes from the Frio River, House Pasture concert venue, and the Frio Valley Ranch golf course. Features include high ceilings, an island kitchen with additional seating, bar area, spacious front, and back covered porches, and much more! Plenty of parking! The home is equipped with BBQ pit, fire pit, and horseshoe throwing area. Make AK Corral your special vacation home and start those unforgettable memories time and time again.

PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. With a 2 pet minimum. Pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
