This place was PERFECT for us! It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was just what we needed for our meal prep days and our rest days at home. Having a/c, heat, 2 bathrooms, and laundry were also huge pluses. We felt safe and the neighborhood was super quiet.Background:-1 child (younger than 10), 2 parents, & 2 grandparents.-Disneyland visit for 4 days rest days 8 day total stay.-We like to cook at home & bring lunches in the parks.-Weather was 80 degrees during the day & 50's at night.-Stayed in December.Extras:-The location is about 20 to 26 minutes away from Disneyland. -We would drive to either Anaheim Hotel (40/day parking) or park at ARTIC (FREE parking) & catch an Uber. It was easy and even on the 2 days that we went when park tickets were sold out, we still got lockers at the ECV needed for our party, all with leaving by 8:30AM each day. -The drive to and from the parks were easy and smooth. -Target (where we did our grocery shopping) was 6 minutes away and easy to navigate as well. This was at The Westminster Mall.-There were plenty of restaurants and things to do (playgrounds/parks, schools, bowling alley, etc.) around the house itself.Communication:-The host was extremely responsive at all times, from booking to arriving to leaving.
