Welcome to the exclusive community of Rimcrest which is comprised of 51 mid-century modern condominiums. Nestled high up on a hillside within a pristine natural setting, this community offers a luxurious and secluded retreat for its guests with simply stunning views.

The community's location adds to its allure. Situated in a sought-after area on Southridge Drive, guests have convenient access to nearby shopping, dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions. Whether it's exploring local boutiques or dining at acclaimed restaurants, there is always something to indulge in just moments away.

As you enter the home, your eyes are immediately drawn to the magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows that grace the living area. These expansive windows flood the space with natural light and provide unobstructed views of the majestic mountains that rise in the distance. The second bedroom is the Breeze Block bedroom which also features a king size bed and for your privacy is located at the opposite end of the condo. The fun yellow pattern puts a smile on your face and will brighten your day. This bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom and there is also a door to the hallway.

The Starburst room can be used as either an additional living space, office, bar or bedroom. The original antique doors can be shut for privacy and the couch is comprised of two twin size mattresses with a trundle that pulls out from under the couch.

Outside, a spacious patio beckons, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Here you can bask in the fresh mountain air and take in the picturesque mountain views or watch airplanes taking off and gracefully gliding through the sky. The comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to lounge and bask in the serenity of the mountain surroundings. The outdoor space serves as an extension of the home, offering a perfect spot to unwind and embrace the quiet solitude and provides a serene retreat to soak in the beauty of nature.

The community has ample green spaces, 2 pools, 3 hot tubs and walking paths to provide opportunities for relaxation, leisure, exercise, and connection with nature. The pool is steps away and as the inviting sight of crystal-clear water sparkles under the warm rays of the sun you can float lazily on a pool noodle or relax in a lounge chair and let your cares drift away.

Guest access
You are renting the entire 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The pool and hot tub ARE a shared space with the other guests and residents of the community.

PLEASE NOTE
***This is a family home and no pets of ANY kind are allowed as the owner is highly allergic and sensitive to dust, dander and smoke***

***No smoking or vaping in unit or on the back balcony or front patio****

If any of these are not followed, immediate eviction with a $1,000 fine

Other things to note:

CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS AND RENTAL RULES
(We don't make the rules, but we do follow them!)

***No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location.*** Neighbors have been notified and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine (s) and may be evicted with no refund.

-Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25
-Minimum rental period of 31 days
-Daytime occupancy is 8 people
-Overnight occupancy is 4 people
-The city imposes a strict noise ordinance and no music is allowed outside at anytime including music that is coming from inside that can be heard outside the property line and no noise at all is allowed after 10pm.
-The city requires a signed written contract for all guests and a copy of their ID

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
-Check in at 4PM and check out by 10AM
-Late check outs not allowed unless confirmed with booking for an additional fee. We need enough time to get the condo ready for the next guest

PETS
- Absolutely NO pets of any kind are allowed on the property as owner is highly allergic. ANY sign of pets on the property will incur an additional $1,000.00 fee.

CLEANING
-Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 30 days guests will incur an additional cleaning charge as unit is to be cleaned every 30 days.

ELECTRICITY SURCHARGE
-Guests are responsible for electric bill if it is above $500.00 per month. Expense is not included in your reservation quote. We recommend never setting the A/C below 73 degrees as any lower could cause the system to freeze over and to stop working.

MISC
-Lost remotes or keys will incur a $75 fee for each lost item

Condo with a view!

Well located,nice views out to the mountains. The condo had been fully renovated.Unfortunately the owners decided not to replace the original stacked washer/dryer unit. While it served the purpose for sheets and towels,it was pretty hard on our clothes…we eventually started taking our laundry to a friends place and doing it there,to save wear and tear on our clothes.
