Overall a good place. The host was responsive and gave good information throughout the stay. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable as it felt like a slab of foam instead of a mattress. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Our family had a wonderful time in your home. The home was very clean and neat. Clean linen and plenty of them. The snacks were great. We pulled up while your lawn man was cutting the grass and he did a phenomenal job and was very friendly. Spoke highly of you as the owner. If there was any negative it would be the morning we left it was pouring down rain and there was standing water a the bottom of the back steps which made us load up from the front of the house. But that's mother nature and we can't control that. Yes we would stay her again. 10 out of 10. Thank you thank you and thank you.

House and property is very clean. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated.The neighborhood was peaceful and quite. Location is close to all the action! You just need to know how to navigate!! Host is responsive. A good experience!! I would book again.

Family first visit to NOLA--great place to stay!

Our daughter wanted to visit New Orleans without the focus being on the French Quarter nighttime craziness. This was just the right distance from the city for us to take in all the food and fun. The place was great.

Nice and clean place in New Orleans

The house is as presented on the website, very clean and well maintained. Very responsive host. We were 3 families and enjoyed our stay in New Orleans for the new year 2025. Having a car is recommended when staying at this property.

In town for Homecoming festivities

The check in process was easy and seemless. The neighborhood is quiet but easily accessible to main thoroughfare. The house was spacious and very clean. We were in town for Homecoming festivities for Xavier University and the location was convenient to all venues. It was unseasonably warm for November and the host made sure to assist very quickly when we had an issue with the A/C.... all was fixed before we returned that evening. Communication with the host was very easy and response time was immediate.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! So clean, comfy beds, easy check-in, and the host was always available. And the snacks and Mardi gras beads were a nice touch!

Amazing Stay!

Words don’t do this place justice. This stay felt like home. Everything was clean, location felt safe, and the host was available at all times. Another thing I have to mention, is the feeling we felt entering the home. Music was playing upon entry, which truly set the tone for our trip. The bedrooms were neat and bathrooms essentials were available. Most importantly, we weren’t a far drive away from anything. Thank you again for an amazing stay, definitely best place to book in NOLA.

Rough area adequately nice home

This home is in the 9th ward. If you’re from out of town you should research that and understand where you will be. The home was clean and spacious and convenient to the French Quarter, which was great. Delores was communicative and helpful.

Family weekend in New Orleans

The house is Beautiful! Very clean and well equipped inside and well kept on the outside. Delores is a wonderful host and very responsive. We gave the location three stars only because at first glance and not being from New Orleans or knowing the area well, it can look 3 star but during our stay we never felt unsafe and met a couple of the neighbors while outside who were very welcoming and friendly. We will stay here again. Thank you so much Delores!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! Mrs. Delores was very attentive and responsive. The house was close to everything whether yoy wanted to drive or uber. I would definitely recommend this home to any trying to vacation in New Orleans!

Women’s Weekend Getaway

There were three of us that met in New Orleans for the weekend and we were very happy with this house. The off street parking was great! The house was exactly as listed and we had no problems during our 4 day stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Magnolia House

Delores was an awesome host! She was very professional and easy to get in touch with whenever I had any questions. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean…exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was safe and within a short distance from almost anywhere you’d want to go. I look forward to staying there again.

Delores was excellent to work with. House was clean and very beautiful. Location was excellent. Several neighborhood streets were very bad but there were ways to get around them. Kitchen utensils were minimal. Excellent location for parking your vehicle.
