Just blocks from the Yellowstone River and a short drive to Yellowstone National Park, skiing, and natural hot springs, this stay puts adventure at your fingertips.

**Guest Access**

Guests have full private access to the entire home, yard, and detached garage during their stay. This includes all four bedrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, and bathrooms perfect for large groups who value space & privacy. Most rooms feature king size beds. Main house (ground level) has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Take a quick walk around back to access the adorable attached apartment on the 2nd floor! The apartment features air conditioning, 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, laundry, and a queen sofa bed in the living room.

**Getting Around**

Park your car in the driveway and forget it Livingston is best explored by foot or bike! Retro cruiser bikes are provided for easy access to local shops, eateries, and the riverwalk. For longer adventures, Highway 89 offers a direct scenic route to Yellowstone National Park. Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is just a 35 minute drive.
