This was a great location for us visiting family very close by. The unit was within walking distance of a grocery store (with a Starbucks) and a close drive to many other restaurants and local businesses. Rebecca was a great host and we appreciated being able to stay here!

I'm sorry you felt like the issue with the app that I had no control over was enough to leave this kind of review even though you felt like the property was exactly what you expected. I am the one who made concessions in the situation to help you out and let you stay when I didn't even have to.

Nice Place

The apartment was nice and in a good area. My only complaint is that it says that it sleeps 4 but there is a bed and a couch and no blankets for the couch.

Respuesta de VrboOwner el 20 de nov de 2024
I'm sorry of any misunderstanding. I assumed all the pictures I provided indicated that the apartment was only a one bedroom with a couch, but with plenty of space for an air mattress in the living room floor area if there was a need to sleep 4 and that linens for any of that would be provided by the guests. I will revise the description to only sleep 2 for future reference. Thank you for your feedback!

Quiet and spacious spot

A comfortable apartment with plenty of room, well-equipped and easy to stay. Thank you Rebecca! Just a note; It is on the second floor and I am not sure there is an elevator -- the steps are not steep or troublesome, and it is very close to the parking lot.

Overnight stay

The apartment is very clean and homey. I was disappointed in the fact that there is no coffee maker. It is an expected accessory to a kitchen. Also no cups or mugs… ….. It is a quiet area and the balcony was very relaxing. The manager is close by if you have questions.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed there was no coffee maker, but I thought you were aware of this since we discussed it prior to your arrival and I told you there wasn't one (but lots of coffee places located nearby), and I also do not have it listed on the VRBO as an appliance that is included in the amenities of the apartment as well. For future reference, you may want to check the amenities that are included with properties you are interested in and avoid booking properties that do not have all the amenities you desire for your stay. I gave you a 5 star review because overall you were a nice guest but I didn't appreciate you rearranging things in the apartment that didn't suit the way you thought they should be, or the fact that you checked out an hour late, but overall I didn't feel it was anything worth docking your review for. Communication is key!

Family time

The stay was great apt. Was great. The only thing for me was the 3 flights of stairs. Too old. Carrying bags and suitcases was a lot on these old legs . The other thing is the staircase was dirty. I know that is not my host job but maybe maintenance should be informed on keeping such a nice place more tidy..

We had such a wonderful time at this cozy location. The listing was exactly as described and did not disappoint! In fact it was the perfect set up for our first trip with an infant. We loved the minimal furniture layout that allowed us to lay out a blanket in the living room and watch him if we needed to be in the well stocked kitchen. The bathroom had lots of places to hang items which was very convenient. Didn’t have time to use the pool but that was a nice perk had it worked out. We could tell that the unit was well taken care of and had no problem making ourselves feel at home. Would highly recommend a stay at Rebecca's place. She was super attentive and responded quickly for any random things that popped up.
