Una casa de dos dormitorios completamente amueblada ubicada directamente en las hermosas arenas blancas de Orange Beach, Alabama. El zoológico de la costa del golfo de Alabama reside, así como el parque acuático para los niños. La casa adosada tiene 2 plantas. Comedor, cocina y sala de estar, y un baño pequeño se encuentran en el primer piso. El segundo piso reside con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños completos. Hay un patio al aire libre que da al lago Mariner. Un paseo a la hermosa playa de arena de azúcar está justo al otro lado de la calle de Waffle House. Si uno no desea caminar, puede estacionar en el estacionamiento de Walmart. Asegúrese de buscar un letrero que diga que MARINER LAKES solo estaciona. El sitio histórico de la Guerra Civil de Fort Morgan se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche. All good, clean, neighborhood welcoming and friendly.Could use nonslip in showers, trash can in kitchen, and hazard notice tween entryway and living room. But I have vision and balance issues. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

The property is nice and quiet. The lake area is beautiful and a close walk or drive and park at the beach. The condo is roomy with a nice pool close by.

The cleaning was not done in time before they arrived . Was a problem and the cleaning crew arrived too late. I offer compensation , even a stay for free that day. The client didn’t want to get compensation so he decided to live when the cleaning crew was on the premises. I give him a full refund . I tray to explain that was first time that happened because there some delay in cleaning crew and since than I resolved the issue and get a new cleaning crew. I appreciate and tray to be responsible and offer reduction on the price or full refund which they receive after they decide to live

I am sorry you said my townhouse needs some upgrades. The place is as you can see in the photos. My house is very clean and I have new cleaning people and get good review for cleaning. I may not have new kitchen cabinets but are full of supply with all utensils you need . The bathroom are very clean. Even is not a modern shower with tailed is throughly clean and use dezinfectant If I will have to remodelate every year with new furniture ( that are about 5 years old and profesional clean every year) I will have to charge about 380$ a night to cover the expenses not 255$ a night for all house privet garage across the beach with access ,and in a gated community with walking distance to stores and restaurants. Is a prime location in a gated community in Orange Beach. I wish I will be able to update the kitchen cabinets and others thinks but we got a very big assessment from association and all prices went so high that we barely survived, actually I am loosing money . Hope next year will be better. Also in 11 years I got more good reviews and most for cleanliness. I am sorry for your experience, I do the best I can to reduce nightly prices some stay from 150$ a night to 255$ a night depending of the season. Jun is a season months and hard to find a place w a beach access pool tenis court ,a lake few steps from my house, you can fish, for that rate on plin season. I was hoping you will enjoy and will returns back. Hope next time you will get a better property for this price on plane season. Thank you for your comment, will take in consideration when economy will be better and will have money to all this updates that are not major . Sincerely

Great location, great price!

This is our second year renting this specific property and it is perfect for us! The location is central to everything we want to do, it is a quiet neighborhood. The house is always clean, and feels like a home away from home. We will continue to seek out this location everytime we go to Orange Beach!

Wonderful townhouse in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the beach.

The place was great, a lot of room in the bedrooms. Each with its own bathroom. Was across the street from the beach and close to grocery stores. Simone was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, will definitely stay here again!
