Oak Crest Haus between New Braunfels & Canyon Lake

This hilltop tiny home is surrounded by oak trees on our gated 5 acre property. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in the Texas hill country. Conveniently located halfway between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake you can enjoy the amenities that both offer. Less than 10 minutes (approx 5 miles) from Whitewater Amphitheater and the popular tubing on the horseshoe of the Guadalupe River.

The cottage is equipped with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay.

2 burner cooktop, microwave, fridge with freezer, Keurig single cup coffee maker (coffee provided), toaster, blender, utensils, and table with chairs

Living Room
Loveseat, 50" TV with local channels, DVD player and DVDs, board games, and card games.

Bedroom
32' TV, large wardrobe for your clothes and luggage, queen size bed, extra blankets, pillows, and usb outlets for charging your electronics

Bathroom
Shower, shampoo, body wash, towels, and hairdryer

• Park bench and small table on porch

• 2 chairs and table in front of fire column
• Gas fire column (no wood burning fires are allowed due to dry conditions and countywide burn ban)

Great little house and location

This little house packed a lot; everything thing you need, and more space than you would think. Very clean, spacious bathroom, and super comfy bed. Good central location to many different site seeing spots. Hope to return!

Amazing Hideaway

This home is so well thought out and well kept. It has everything you need to hideaway in isolation with your significant other and is located between the two best attractions in the area; the Guadeloupe and Canyon lake.

Excellent value to get out of the city, see lots of wildlife, fall foliage, float the river...I was attending a conference and wish I had more time and daylight to explore.

Nice little house

We had a nice stay at this little house. Everything was clean and thoughtfully put together. It was the perfect size and well-prepped for a couple. The hosts were efficient but thorough in their communications and provided a great little guide to the property with tips about the area.

Great views and wildlife

Nice cozy home with beautiful scenery. Saw plenty of deer. Enjoyed our time there. Quiet and secluded. Josh was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

Perfect for anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Josh was incredibly communicative, and it was adorable and quaint for our two day stay to visit family at the lake. Everything was as listed, we made breakfast with the items in the kitchen, watched tv in the living room, and the bed was very comfy. There was also a cute cat that visited us a few times! We loved it and would definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

A nice, cozy place

Very comfortable bed. Water was nice and hot and got hot quickly. Window units and wall heaters provided good climate control.

Amazing little cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the amazing cabin. The owner, Josh, was equally as wonderful. He checked in on us mid stay to ensure everything was going well. Walking out to see deer in the morning was an added benefit. We will definitely be back.

My Second Time Here!

I just love staying here! The property seems like it’s far out in the country, but is really EASY access to Canyon Lake, Wimberley, and Gruene…my favorite places. The house has everything you need…and the A/C did great, keeping up with these unbearable Texas temps! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very Pleased

This was a cute, welcoming little cabin! It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed staying there very much! Since we are tall, we really appreciated the tall, corded shower head! The bed was so comfortable and had amazing sheets 😁. We were also very happy to have a list of suggestions/recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to see and do. The owners were very nice and very responsive to our communications! We will definitely be visiting again!
