Lovely home & great views. Upon entering the smell was musty but disappeared once the windows were open. Lots of room, comfy beds, kitchen stocked with cookware/dishes. Washer/dryer worked well. Showers are adequate, hot water in all faucets was very slow to arrive. We enjoyed the hot tub but the pool was ridiculously cold and never used. The coffee pot quit working on day 15 and the rental company quickly supplied us a new one the next morning.We expect more from a rental home at this price. Outdoor room with boogie boards, ping pong table and a bunch of other “junk” needs to be sorted and disposed of. The area is filthy and unwelcoming. Most items are broken and unusable. We did appreciate the use of a cooler.The home is in need of some TLC maintenance and a VERY THOROUGH cleaning throughout. Kitchen trashcans/counters/ceiling are dirty with dried food on them, dried toothpaste on the bathroom floor, bathroom floors are visibly dirty and need a thorough washing, velcro strips are missing from drapery and are held closed with binder clips, floor fans are covered in dust and dirt. Pulled a hot pad from the kitchen drawer and nearly puked as it was covered in hair! Each day we found some other issue that displeased us. Not sure we would stay here again due to lack of cleanliness and the extremely cold swimming pool that we couldn’t use. Again, in this luxury price range, we expect better and in any price range we expect clean.
