Summary:
Located in the heart of downtown Traverse City, this newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft is just steps away from the iconic State Theater and a short stroll to the area’s best restaurants and shops.

With a luxurious and comfortable interior, the space includes 3 dedicated parking spots and a private rooftop deck with stunning bay views! This private loft is on the second floor (accessible via stairs). Perfect for enjoying everything the area has to offer!

The Space:
Experience breathtaking bay views from this stunning downtown loft, ideally situated across from the iconic State Theater and just steps away from Traverse City’s best restaurants and shops.

As you enter the loft, you'll find a spacious open-concept living room with a wall mounted tv and kitchen, complete with a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic kitchen essentials. A starter pack of consumables are provided for the guests.

Down the hall, the first bedroom features a queen bed and closet. Adjacent to this room is the first full bathroom, which includes a dual vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. The master bedroom offers a king bed, closet, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom for added comfort. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, and a clothing rack with hangers.

The condo offers two entrances: one off Front Street, and another at the rear of the building, where you'll find three dedicated parking spots and stairs leading up to the second entrance. Inside, enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. A spiral staircase provides access to a private rooftop deck with stunning bay and sunset views—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the downtown atmosphere.

Excellent host and location

Location central all Cherry fest activities including parades down Front Street and 4th of July fireworks. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Stay for wedding

My family and I stayed at this property for a family wedding in town. We enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we needed, was very clean, and comfortable. Great location and easy parking. Would 100% stay here again in the future.

St. Patrick’s Day Weekend

We stayed here for a girls trip this past weekend. The loft was everything we needed and more! The location was right in the middle of everything! We would highly recommend this rental to anyone coming to TC.

This is a gorgeous loft right downtown Traverse City. We were in for a family wedding with our two adult sons and their girlfriends. It provided 3 private bedrooms and 3 parking spaces which was perfect for us. One of the bedrooms however had double bed bunk beds which we were surprised to see on arrival. The late son to arrive got that room. The biggest disappointment was the rooftop deck. It was covered in pigeon poop and unusable. We would have cleaned it ourselves ( as we told the property manager) but the hose had a lock on it. Never got this resolved and sadly we were never able to use it. We paid 1,000 a night for this loft for premium summer rates. The response back was “sorry, the owner uses a different cleaning service for this, and they never responded to my message. It will be better next time.” I think for a 3 night stay that was over 4,000 with taxes, cleaning fees etc., the response should have been someone was coming right away to help out! The inside of the loft was very clean and nice. To have such a gorgeous rooftop deck, with a hot tub in the city and not be able to use it- disappointing. I feel that it could have been handled better.

Ride Around Torch

We were 3 couples who stayed at the condo and all of us loved it. The cleanliness and accommodations were spot on. The location in downtown TC, with restaurants and easy access to explore the area, made for a great stay.
