Sitges: Sitges, un breve 10 minutos en coche, es una encantadora ciudad 35 km al sur de Barcelona. Con más de 300 días soleados al año y gracias a su microclima especial ''verano'' dura más aquí que en cualquier otro lugar en la zona. Es especialmente famosa por su larga playa y hermosa playa de arena, así como por su puerto, restaurantes, tiendas y pintorescas calles. Fantastic location for large family celebration/reunion

We celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with a group of 18 (ages 5-75) at the amazing Casa Nova estate. It was perfect! It is tucked away in the Garraf Park, which means the road to get there is a bit of an adventure (narrow dirt track), but it also means that once you are there you are in a private, secluded setting that is gorgeous! I’m not sure I would want to drive the entrance road in the dark, but that was never required. The many late-night dinners together on the patio with stunning scenery and no one nearby to be concerned about noise were a highlight of the trip... perhaps only outdone by the incredible pool! The surrounding hills and trees made for wonderful family pictures. When you decide to go into town the Sitges stores, beaches and train station (which we used for an easy day trip to Barcelona) are just 15 minutes away. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay and quickly answered any questions or concerns we had. I would also highly recommend their on-site caterer, Cloud9. We had two wonderful dinners from them. The kitchen is large and very well-appointed for the other meals that we cooked on our own.

Amazing property in an ideal location!

We stayed at Casa Nova for a corporate trip as a group of 15 and found the Villa spacious enough for everyone, there are several social areas inside and out with more than enough seating for a large group. The pool and outside spaces are extremely well maintained. We enjoyed two nights of catering courtesy of Cloud 9 and both the food and service were excellent. The owners accommodated all of our (many!) requests without hesitation. I would also highly recommend the wine tour :)

What a view! Fantastic house + impressive location

Close to Sitges with all her facilities this house is simply amazing. Yet so close it is completely in the nature and ease and relaxation enters your body and mind right upon arrival. Big enough to have a party to remember with lots of friends though informal and quit enough to celebrate an unique private wedding or full mindful retreat. Owners are extremely helpful and want to make sure your visit is perfect. Looking forward on visiting it again.

Celebramos nuestra boda en octubre de 2016 en Casa Nova y fue todo genial. La casa es una preciosidad, decorada con muy buen gusto, no falta ningún detalle. El jardín y la piscina, junto con el entorno crean un ambiente idílico para cualquier evento o vacaciones. Realmente es difícil explicar con palabras las sensaciones y los sentimientos que tuvimos durante los días que disfrutamos en Casa Nova. Solo podemos recomendar esta espectacular casa y animaros a que vayáis . Servais y Allan fueron muy amables y nos sentimos muy bien acogidos. Una experiencia inolvidable. A once in a lifetime trip!

Me and my now husband chose to get married at Casa Nova, and stay for a week with our closest family and friends. It was a trip of a lifetime! Casa Nova is a magical place, set up in the hills, the villa is pure paradise. It is evident that the villa has been so carefully curated, and no element has been forgotten, as special touches are sprinkled throughout. The villa has a wonderful rustic meets luxury feel, with features such as a stone-crafted sink in the kitchen and sumptuous beds in every, very individual, bedroom. All the guests staying were blown away when they arrived. The wedding day was incredible, we hosted the ceremony and dinner reception at Casa Nova, and you couldn't dream a more memorable setting, with a view spanning the wild beauty of the national park. We had space for everything - even a live band. The villa is 15 mins away from the supermarkets and 20 from Sitges, my now most favourite holiday destination. Despite the steep mountain terrain you need to endure to ferry to and from the villa, you soon forget about it as you take in the breathtaking nature. Servais and Helena (the owners) are wonderful, and so involved in all their stunning properties. The love and passion they put into them sets them apart from other holiday homes. I cannot recommend Casa Nova enough - I just want to go back!

fantastic villa

My family and friends stayed at Villa Casa Nova for my wedding. We had the most fantastic time here it was perfect ! The villa was immaculate on arrival the rooms were great and the views are absolutely beautiful ! The owners and staff are extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble. Simply stunning

Absolutely beautiful villa in a stunning location. Servais and Helena, the owners are lovely and their story of how they transformed the place Is amazing. Chris from the Boosten Group is really on the ball too, anything you need and he'll be on it. My wife and I visited several villas in Catalonia before booking Casa Nova but it won hands down. It is so traditional yet contemporary and in terms of location is perfect, just 20 minutes from the old town and beach. Don't be put off by the dirt track leading up to it, after a couple of runs you can drive it in just over 10 minutes. We had the wedding of our dreams at the villa and can't recommend it highly enough. We hope to return some day. Thank you.

perfect wedding venue

We hosted our wedding of 85 people at Casa Nova and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning for photos and to impress your guests, but it is also comfortable and not pretentious, so everyone feels relaxed and ready to party. The owners were fantastic and everything worked well. We will definitely go back just to hang out with friends in the future - maybe for an anniversary.

Perfect place for our family vacation

We were a family of 21, ranging from 72 to 3 years of age that spent two fantastic weeks at Casa Nova.The house was as expected, lots of room for all of us, clean and no toilet lines in the morning. It was a paradise for both the kids and the adults with the location in the Garraf National Park. No highrises, no crowds, beautiful view and a gentle breeze cooling us off by a big nice pool. A 15 min ride to Sitges and 40 min to Barcelona if you had to go there. The services provided during our stay by Servais and Rafael could not have been better. We can absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a special treat. Regards Berit and Thor

*WOW* Super house in an incredible location

For my 60th birthday this year I decided on a big family holiday, we chose Casa Nova as it looked really beautiful and was big enough for all of us, 10 adults and 8 kids whose ages range from 1 -10. We could not have been happier with our choice, from the moment we arrived and were greeted so warmly by Helena and then Servais to the all to quick departure 7 days later. It fulfilled all our hopes of a stress-free family gathering. We had intended to have day trips and dine out etc, but quickly realised this was not going to happen as we had everything we wanted right there, such a relaxing atmosphere we all felt very content to stay at the house, have barbecue's and enjoy each others company. We all appreciated the space with many seating areas and never felt on top of each other. The kids all played well together all week and I never heard one them complain about wanting to go anywhere. The ping pong table was a real hit, even though the kids turned it into a den thus cancelling the adults tournament! the pool was just perfect and one of the children even learnt to swim in it, what a memory for her! Set in the middle of outstanding natural beauty with stunning views from every angle and walks to suit everyone, the house is sympathetically and tastefully decorated throughout and felt so homely straight away, the sound of the birds singing is just magical. All in all we had a really great holiday and would love to go back and do it all over again. Thank you Servais and Helena for letting us stay at your beautiful house and thank you so much to Dominique who very patiently responded to all my endless emails with questions and helped with everthing we needed, you're a star!

Beautiful house in a magnificent setting.

We visited Casa Nova villa for my daughter 18th birthday and we were all astonished by the beauty of the villa. It is set in a superb location overlooking the mountains, has beautiful grounds and is tastefully decorated with furniture, fixtures, and kitchenware that is very appropriate for the rustic elegance of the villa. Casa Nova is magnificent, well maintained estate that provided a fun, relaxing spot for a long overdue family reunion. The sprawling house and grounds were well maintained and the pool and gardens were simply gorgeous. We elected to have our breakfasts and dinners catered, and thanks to Helena and Servais , the food was some of the most delicious we had in Spain! It was very easy to work with the staff in planning our visit, and though there were a lot of details to sort out in advance, the communication was excellent beforehand, and also during our stay. This vacation rental is all in all just amazing. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family. If you are looking for something PRIVATE and LUXURIOUS, in a WELL-DESIGNED environment, look no further :) I highly recommend this stunning villa for anyone that wants to enjoy the best Spain has to offer

Perfect setting for our dream wedding and holiday

We have just returned from a fanatastic week at Casanova Estate and can't rate it highly enough. We chose the Estate as the location for our wedding and week-long holiday due to the spectacular scenery, the brilliant location, and how comfortable we felt in the house. It instantly felt like a home and not a rental property which meant our group of 14 relaxed from the moment we arrived until the second we left. There were so many things we loved about Casanova but here are a few highlights: beautiful pool which is suitable for a large group, great kitchen which makes it enjoyable to cook, air con in all rooms, very comfortable beds and furnishings, and much more! The location was great - the track from town is bumpy but easily accessible and not a problem. It only takes about 20mins to get into town and park for free if you want to go to the beach. Or, it was easy to park in Sitges for free and get the regular train into Barcelona - it was perfect for our wedding guests. Finally - Casanova was the perfect setting for our wedding. Relaxed, luxurious, and beautiful in the photos! Thank you to Servais for his warm welcome and for giving us some extra time when we got the check out time a bit wrong!

Wonderful villa with amazing infinity pool

We stayed here at the end of July for one week. We are a large mixed family group and the house met our expectations brilliantly. The owners have retained the old, individual architectural features of the property and the open plan ground floor looks attractive and is a comfortable, well equipped space. The kitchen is huge and has more than enough pots, pans, crockery and glasses. The bedrooms are roomy, the showers are hot, the towels are fluffy. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is amazing. It is a brilliant blue, with different levels and an excellent view from the infinity edge into the sunsets over the hills and pine forests of the Garraf park. The house is about 12 minutes careful drive from Sitges which is a friendly town with lovely beaches and restaurants. Servais, the owner, is very kind and helpful and this villa is definitely recommended!

Fantastic!

We've spent a fantastic week in this splendid house. It was truly an amazing holiday. The house is decorated with great taste. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook for 22 guests. Nice beds, great living room. Beautiful terrace. The pool area is also super! A big pool with an area where the smaller kids can play safely. Enough sun loungers, great ping pong table, room to play for the kids. And the views from the pool: amazing, so beautiful. Servais and his crew are the best hosts ever. They were very welcoming and responded prompt to all our questions.

Wonderful, unforgettable, perfect.

We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding. From the moment we first saw Casa Nova, to the moment we finally had to say goodbye, it was magical. Servais and Helena could not have been more accommodating and helpful with helpful and quick responses to our (many) email questions, a warm welcome on arrival and a painless and generous departure. Thank you so much guys. The house itself is stunning - I can think of no other way to describe it. As others have said, the road to the house is a little tricky in places, but we managed it with a 3.5 tonne motor-home, you as long as your vehicle is better equipped than that, you'll be fine. The house is supremely well appointed, catered and finished. Great touches like plenty of towels for all our guests, pool games for the kids, and a little play area are testament to how much the owners want you to enjoy the house. It really does help you to relax, knowing that, for the most part, everything you need is there. It's clean, but you fell comfortable, well looked-after, but not fussy. We maxed out the accommodation with 23 of us in there, but it never felt cramped, even though the weather wasn't too kind to us for some of the time. There is bags of space, and all the seating areas small and large mean that even large parties aren't under each others toes. Plenty of our party made the journey down to Sitges on foot, including a 5 year old. It's an hour or so walk, but do-able for most. It's that sense of solitude and remoteness that gives the house it's charm anyway. If you want something right in the heart of the action, then this might not be for you. If you want something perfect in every possible way, and to be hosted by two of the nicest people I've met (and I travel a lot!) then it most certainly will be. What more can I say? Seriously, for a special occasion, or just because you feel like you deserve it, Casa Nova will not disappoint you. The word of the week for our guests: Wow. I have a feeling I'll be thinking that for some time to come. Thanks again S&B (and anyone else who made our wedding so magical, if you happen to be reading!) Ollie and Bernice

The great location, majestic view, very authentic

The great location, lonely and private, majestic view, very authentic house. We were celebrating birthday and all of our 18 guests fill cosy in their rooms, we spent 6 unforgettable days, everyone can walking around in national park or spending good time inside and outside the villa. Kitchen is perfect, has a lot of options, barbecue zone outside. Old fashioned fire place made the special atmosphere every evening. Swimming pool is clean and huge. The owner and his family are very nice people and helped us so much, first of all they prepared everything despite we arrived earlier, they cooked delicious traditional food for the birthday party, served us and clean everything after. The next day some of our guests spent in Barcelona and owner organized transfer. I will recommend this villa for events and also for those who like to fill so quiet and away from the city and at the same time in comfortable conditions.

Peaceful luxury in sunny Spain

Our company stayed here during the middle of March for 10 days. The gorgeous beach town of Sitges is close to Barcelona, but a world away from bustling city life. The trip from BCN with a local van rental company was quick and uncomplicated, thanks to the efforts of our gracious host (Servais) who arranged everything for us, down to the most minor details. After 15 minutes of stunning mountain and ocean views we emerged into the private grounds of Casanova estates and the perfection took our breath away. Nine bedrooms were more than ample for our group of 12. The sprawling estate features a huge recreation room with even more sofas and couches to offer any late night revelers who want to spend the night. The first few days we spent working in Barcelona...the rest were spent in sublime inactivity. Basking by the infinity pool, gazing into hundreds of acres of bucolic Spanish forest. No traffic, no neighbors, just tranquil breezes interrupted only by the songbirds and the occasional call for more Sangria! Our host went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Internet, groceries, cleaning services, car and bike rentals...and o my god...the food. Upon discovering that our host was an accomplished chef, we asked if he could arrange a few meals for us. What followed were some of the most delicious and enjoyable dinners of our entire lives. For anyone considering this estate, you should know that there is no request your gracious host will not aspire to fulfill. If I had asked him to arrange for a helicopter...there would have been one parked on the lawn by morning. (its a really big lawn haha!) Perfect host, perfect property, perfect weather, perfect food. Halfway around the world, a trip of a lifetime. Yet I feel like I have just left home, and already miss our new-found friends. What else can i say except that I am counting the days until our return to Spain? I am back in the rainy PNW 20 degrees colder and grey with clouds...but my heart is still by the pool in sunny Spain.

Perfect week

Hi Servais and Helena. We would like to say a huge thank you for the opportunity to spend a wonderful week in your beautiful house! We rented this place of our wedding ceremony and we realized that we could not think of a better place. Beautiful mountain views, clean swimming pool and all house is thoroughly planned. As one of our friend said "I live for the first time in a picture from a magazine of interiors." My experiences and memories of the wedding day were fantastic and it was just unreal day! An owner of the house Servais is such a sweet person and communicate with him was big pleasure to us. This house was comfortable for 22 people as same as youth and parents! We would come back again and again to this place and I do recommend it to all. Just make sure u have your own car or rent one or can always get taxy to that place form Sitges . Walking distance to town about an hour walk but I the car is 7 minutes and 15 minutes to the beach. Alena & Sasha and Kostya ;)) And 18 other people happy!

MAGNIFIQUE ENDROIT

Toute l'équipe de Fresch'n Co remercie Servais pour son excellent accueil, sa disponibilité et son savoir faire digne d'un grand chef. Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons passé un week-end inoubliable dans ce lieu idyllique et bien situé pour la farniente, mais aussi pour les visites des alentours. Un endroit à recommander ! Petit clin d'oeil à Dominique pour nos échanges qui ont préparés notre venue dans de ttrès bonne conditions. Merci et Bravo à vous... de vrais pros !

A fantastic spring week at the Estate Casa Nova

Together with my friends and collegues we enjoyed a great week at the Casa Nova Estate just outside Sitges in the beautiful Parc Garraf. We had planned to eat our meals innside the city of Sitges, but after a day at Casa Nova we decided to have barbecues at the house. The atmosphere was outstanding. The view from the garden and pool overlooking the National Parc is one to remember. Thanks to Servais, Dominique and Servais' family everything went smooth and we missed nothing. The location is perfect. You can decide to stay at the luxurious house, go in to the nice beach city of Sitges or take the 25 minute train ride in to Barcelona which we did two times during our stay. This is a true treasure and we hope to come back.

A dream vacation!

Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, amazing infinity pool with an amazing view....this was the perfect holiday. We found this villa online when trying to find a wedding venue and we decided to rent it and invite our whole family and friends to joins us for a week. A decision we will never regret. The house was even more beautiful at arrival and the service we got from Servais and Helena was outstanding. They provided us with a wedding planner who delivered our dream wedding. We felt very at home in this house, good atmosphere, and we had all the facilities we needed. Very short distance from the beautiful beach town of Sitges. Superbe villa

Superbe résidence isolée du monde dans les hauteurs du parc national du Garaf. A 10 minutes de la ville animée de Sitges, cette superbe villa spacieuse, décorée dans un très bon goût et très bien équipée permet de passer de superbes vacances à l'écart de tout. La maison est grande, tout est fourni y compris internet et la télé satellite. La cuisine est immense et bien équipée. Les chambres sont confortables et les salles de bains parfaites. Les deux terrasses sont très agréables : au sud le matin au soleil et à l'ombre au Nord pour le reste de la journée. Possibilité de courir ou de faire du vélo dans le parc très agréable. Ne pas manquer le temple bouddhiste dans le parc. La ville très animée de Sitges n'est pas loin et la plage du centre ville est bien agréable. De plus, la villa est à 30 minutes de Barcelone (attention en été aux potentiels travaux sur les lignes de train qui peuvent rallonger le temps de parcours. Autant aller à Barcelone en voiture et payer le prix du parking à Barcelone plutôt qu'à Sitges). Les points à améliorer : -Les trois chambres doubles sous la terrasse sont moins bien ventilées et moins agréables que les chambres du rez-de-chaussée et de l'étage -La piscine n'est pas très grande mais c'est dû à la localisation de la villa dans le parc. Elle suffit pour se rafraichir et se détendre -Prévoir de l'anti-moustique (là les propriétaires n'y peuvent pas grand chose et nous ont indiqué que c'était exceptionnel qu'il y en ait tant...) Location à recommander

The infinity pool gives the impression that you are swimming in the tree tops, the chance to entertain indoors as well as out and of course, the design and comfort of the house itself. Throughout the house there is plenty of natural light, while the thickness of the walls keeps it cool during the hot summer months.

The property is always being updated. Each year the owners review the quality of the villa. In 2020, the rear grounds of the property were completely restored with new palm trees planted throughout. New furniture was also purchased to keep up with the quality that is expected from our guests.
