Second Floor: Ascend to the second floor, where you'll find three inviting bedrooms and a convenient laundry area. The master en suite is a true sanctuary, featuring breathtaking coastline views and the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Indulge in the luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a spacious walk-in shower, making this suite a magical retreat. A large walk-in closet offers plenty of storage for your belongings.



The two additional bedrooms at the back of the house feature queen-sized beds and generous closets, ensuring comfort for family and friends. A beautifully appointed hall bath is available for guests to share, providing a lovely space for everyone to refresh and unwind. This floor combines comfort and elegance, making it the perfect haven for relaxation after a day of seaside adventures.

Perched 18 feet above the ocean, Sunrise Waterfront Retreat offers stunning elevated views that allow you to appreciate the coastline's beauty fully. This vantage point enhances your experience of the waves below and provides a sense of tranquility and privacy. 

Step outside from the main floor to a charming porch with seating and a remote awning overlooking the mesmerizing ocean waves—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunsets. 

While there isn’t a sandy beach, you’ll find convenient stairs at the back of the house that provide easy access to the water and are ideal for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and more. There is a small park for children just 2 houses away. Whether you’re looking to dive into adventure or relax with the sound of the waves, this outdoor space offers a fantastic gateway to the beauty of the ocean right at your doorstep.

Enjoy the peaceful ambiance as you relax on the porch or in the spacious living area, soaking in the breathtaking scenery from your perfect seaside haven.



Noteworthy...

The gas grill on the back patio is shared with the unit next door.

The front, ocean-side patio is partitioned from the neighboring unit but connected.

Two tandem parking spots are available in a shared driveway, and limited street parking is available.

The concrete subfloor under the unit is not a living space but can be used as a walkway.

Small pets will be considered, but they MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING. An additional pet fee of $25 per day will be applied if the pet is approved. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found, a minimum charge of $500 will be applied.



SURVEILLANCE

For your safety, a security camera (a Ring doorbell) is located at the front door. The camera faces the front yard and does not look into any interior spaces. We do not monitor this camera during guest stays. There are no cameras or listening devices inside the property.

We require at least one party member to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age!

GUEST IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED

Guests may be asked to complete a Clear ID verification before check-in. If this is not completed, the entry code will not be provided, and the reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.

FALSIFIED RESERVATION

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house, as indicated in the listing, should be honored at all times, day or night. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home to future guests, exposing you to liability. This is a quiet residential neighborhood; please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!
