Venga a relajarse o disfrutar de una comunidad de playa. Todo el apartamento del primer piso está disponible para usted y sus invitados: 2 dormitorios, 1 BA, con capacidad para 6 adultos o una familia de hasta 6. Conveniente a Yale y la I-95. The owner is fantastic to deal with and an awesome host. The place was as described and more. Location just across from the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the beach at night, so calming. I would recommend to anyone staying here. The Greek restaurant right next door has great food. You will love staying her!!

Susana's place was perfect for our family of three (two adults and one 5-year-old). It's located directly across from the entrance to the public beach. The entire place was spotless. Check in and out was very easy, and she even accommodated us checking in early. She made the extra effort with touches like bottled water in the fridge and a bowl of fresh fruit in the kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was as advertised, and the space felt accommodating. Susana was very responsive to all questions. This is definitely a location that I would recommend, especially to those looking for a weekend getaway with the focus of sitting on the beach.The beach was easily accessible. The only thing I would suggest for anyone looking to swim is to check out the local tide schedule. The beach is fairly shallow so it’ll extend quite a ways during low tide.Also, while it wasn’t a deal breaker or anything, when neighbors are walking upstairs, the sound of footsteps can be a bit jarring. If you aren’t used to neighbors in the same residence, then it can be worrying, but if you are okay with it, then it’s not a big deal.Again, I would recommend based on what I’ve expressed.

Great location, super cute apartment!

Everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. (That's not always a given!) It's so close to the beach and parking wasn't an issue, though it was off-season. The only thing I would advise is that even though it may technically sleep, that's counting 2 people (kids) in each of the twin beds. We had an extra adult and 2 teens, so the oldest stayed on the couch. But overall we REALLY enjoyed our stay! I would recommend to anyone. I'd love to come back in the summer. It's a prime location.

Easy by the water

We greatly enjoyed our 4 day stay. The beach and bay were very accessible. Susana was gracious and takes care of her visitors. Clean apartment, just as shown. Far more peaceful than the beach areas of our state. We would certainly return!

Fun getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay while my friend and I went to a nearby event. Apartment was spacious and clean. Susana even left us fruit and water. Neighborhood was nice and we got great take out from restaurant next door. Wish our stay was longer.

Great location, right on the Long Island sound.

Owner lives right next door. Very clean. The Greek Spot restaurant is also next door, an added bonus. Will rent again.

Lovely stay by CT shore

The unit was exactly as described, no surprises. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of extra linens if needed. The location was amazing. Great ocean view and easy walk state park. Susanne was very nice and im sure responsive if needed but I didn't need anything. Ill definitely go back.

Weekend Stay

We enjoyed staying at this cute condo. It is in a great location. My son loved the beach and we enjoyed the back patio during our morning coffee - as well as the view from the front windows. Myself, my husband, my son and my in-laws all fit comfortably. Very clean and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing!!!

Location: The place is right across from the beach! It is a short walk away from Silver Sands park with a public beach, a boardwalk, and the walkway to Charles Island. Amenities: The place is very clean with full kitchen, deck, and washer and dryer. Susana provided all cooking spices, all cleaning supplies, including paper towels. Susana has beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Hostess: Susana welcomed us with a bowl of fruit! She lets the guests use her outdoor shower. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Susana's place.

Great location

The house is located right across the street from the beach with an unobstructed view. The only issue is the parking. If you have multiple cars, you will be competing for a spot during holiday times. Susana is a wonderful, accommodating host! Only suggestion I might make is that the bedrooms would be better served by replacing the carpets with flooring better suited for beach activity.

Great location and Just the right size

We enjoyed the summer week we spent in this cute beach house. The house is just across the street from a public beach which is almost like your own private beach. It's close to Silver Sands state park which has a great boardwalk perfect for walking. It's also close to stores and the quaint downtown area of the city of Milford, complete with a city green, duck pond and loads of restaurants. Plus, a very nice little restaurant is located right next door! The owner lives next door and takes great care in making your stay a pleasant one. Clean and just the right size for 3 of us. Definitely, on the list for next summer again!
