Nestled cabin on a private lake, hot tub and pontoon rental option in the summer months. Pet-friendly with a cozy fireplace, plus garage with ping pong table and hang out area for added entertainment. True cabin experience, bring your family, lots of activities for all ages including little kids! Extra fun house in the warmer months.
The space
This home truly has room for your family to spread out and enjoy.

The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances; including a electric stove top, oven, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen has a Keurig, hand mixer, crock pot and more!

Dinning room includes large table with seating for 10, and 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Dishes are stocked and provided for you to cook a family meal.

The living room opens up to allow seating for 10 with two couches. A 55" smart TV in main room and another smart TV in the loft with Roku that is WIFI ready, and allows you to log into all of your favorite streaming channels/apps. Complimentary WI-FI for guests to use or work.

There is a Laundry room off the main level bedroom with standard size washer and dryer. Please bring your own detergent and dryer sheets.

The garage of the home is used as a game room with a ping-pong table. You may park in the garage, use caution to not stain or damage the garage floor.

Back yard patio with an outdoor pick nick table and chairs. A propane grill and a firepit area with additional seating to gather around the campfire. Hot tub (Open year round) that fits up to 4 adults or kids for guests to enjoy. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.

This lake home has;
Primary Bedroom - 1 Queen size bed with Master Bathroom
Second Bedroom - 1 Queen size bed
Loft Bedroom – 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds.

Full Bathroom in between the first and second bedroom on main level.

Plus, enhance your stay by renting our pontoon for endless lake adventures! Contact the hosts to arrange pontoon rental at affordable rates: $250 per day or $1200 per week. Please note, a $500 damage deposit will be held. Guests born on or after January 1, 1989, must have a WI boater license to operate the pontoon.

NOTE- This home is for family vacations and small friend group get togethers. It is not to be used as a party home. You must be 25 or older to rent this home. It is only through your responsible actions that we can continue to offer this private home as a rental. Please respect our home and take good care of it.

DOG FRIENDLY
We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members :-) That being said, please be mindful of whether our home is appropriate for your dog. We do charge a $125 non refundable pet fee per stay.
We may not be the vacation rental for you if your dog:
*Consider barking to be a favorite pastime;
*Chew things other than bones;
*Like to visit the neighbors unsupervised (we do not have a fenced-in yard)
*Use the house as a bathroom.

Please bring all needed dog items with you, we allow up to one 65 lbs dog. We ask that your dog be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not there. Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of $125. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.

About the lake: Nice Lake is a 135 acre lake located in Washburn County. It has a maximum depth of 11 feet. Fish include Panfish and Largemouth Bass. Nice Lake is a great fishing lake with clear waters to swim.

Guest access
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on Nice Lake with an average size driveway. The entire house and yard is for your enjoyment. We ask you please respect the neighbors, and stay off their property. We have a keypad to provide access to the guest. A full list of access instructions will be sent to you 24 hrs before check-in via email.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In "All-Risk" Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of $125. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.
