Owen S. Thank you so much for your feedback. We love our home too! Although the 3 stars pinches the arm a bit, we take are guests comfort and safety very seriously. Please notice below how we are in the process of addressing all of your concerns. 1. There just isn't much we can do about the uneven floors and the original Fir wood floors in the living and dining rooms are just too beautiful to touch. Structurally the house is sound and safe and we have made sure of this. Thank you for mentioning the handrails. We are in the process of ensuring these have no movement and are fastened properly. 2. The bed comfort level is subjective and we realize that it is difficult to know how all of our different guests like their beds to feel. The beds are new and we keep them very clean. I hope that you were able to get a good nights rest even on a softer bed than you are used to. 3. We totally agree about the closet space in bedroom 4, and actually a couple of the other bedrooms need better closet systems. This will be fixed in the next 2 weeks. 4. We installed 2 mirrors today and will be installing at least 2 more in the next few weeks. Other guests have commented on this and we should have addressed it sooner.
