Guests will especially love this home’s outdoor areas.

Charm exudes from every corner of this delightful 1-story bungalow. An expansive front porch greets guests upon arriving. Idle away a restful afternoon on the comfortable outdoor living set, curl up with a novel on the platform porch swing, or play a friendly round of cards in the balmy breeze at the 2-person table. Around the corner is the outdoor shower, grill, and side door to the kitchen. Head inside to find gleaming hardwood floors and an abundance of natural light in the open great room. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar for 2. Sit back and relax with the family after a day of exploration and enjoy a low-key movie night on the sofa and 2 chairs surrounding the 40” TV. At the back of the home is a secluded paradise where guests can dine alfresco at the 2-person bistro table or roast marshmallows over the fire pit as night descends. When it is time to retire for the evening, choose between the primary bedroom with a king bed with backyard access and the guest bedroom with a queen bed—both have TVs.

Upon arrival, the porch light was left on, music was playing, and the AC was already on - so welcoming! The front porch swing was the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee and a good book. This house is in a great central location for beach access, dining options, and shopping. The street it's located on is quiet and great for taking a morning jog. The only complaint I have is that the showerhead is quite weak, which made it hard to wash up. Small problem in an otherwise perfect vacation house!

Definitely would stay here again!

The home was very nice and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and was an easy walk to the beach. We definitely recommend this property.

The recliners in living room was GREAT and the porch swing on front porch was so neat!On a quiet street but 3 blocks from a walk to the beach!Definitely would stay there again!

We spent a couple days at the house as our central location for a weekend on Tybee Island. The house was perfect; location, master and the front porch. It was a great spot to walk or take a short drive to the places we wanted to see and eat. We did not cook at the house but unlike others it appeared equipped to make a meal if needed. Given it was World Series and college football time we appreciated having TV options in the evening including a great setup in the master. The highlight was likley the front porch for some late afternoon relaxing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed the home! It was so lovely and very well kept.The beach is a hopskip away and we walked there everyday. I'd say that the water pressure and shower head was really the only downside. Very little pressure and would have been nicer with a detachable shower head. Heads up for visitors, bring bug spray the mosquitoes are hungry!

A great getaway

Came down for a spring break with my wife as this is her last year as a teacher. retiring after 36 years. This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We have about 12 visits to Tybee island. So we are well educated about the area. We love the porch, that's were we spend most of our time. The house is perfect for mid island stay, which is quiet. Ok there is 1 issue: There are 2 tall pine trees. Which there is 1 on each side of the driveway. The SAP that falls from those trees makes a mess out of your vehicle. There is also squirls that drop debris and make a mess. You don't see them in the pics so just be aware there is some serious sap cleanup after you leave.
