The kitchen is updated and user friendly. For the boaters in the family, you can dock up to a 38ft boat in the canal behind the house. This property has a private small boat ramp that can be used to launch a boat in the canal. The deep and wide canal with quick access to the bay will be a favorite. The Channel 5 Bridge is a short ride, and you can be in the Atlantic Ocean in no time. There's a gorgeous private sandy beach only available to residents of the White Marlin neighborhood. No Smoking Property.
