Inside:
Step into a bright, open space filled with natural light and breathtaking views! Our spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths, making it ideal for large groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a King Casper mattress, except for the kid-friendly guest suite, which offers a bunk bed with Queen mattresses. Cozy up by the fireplace in both the main living room and the primary suite for a romantic touch on chilly mountain nights. The fully stocked kitchen, two dining areas, and outdoor seating make it perfect for any season. With living rooms on both levels, there’s plenty of room to relax, and the downstairs pool table provides endless entertainment. The kid-friendly bunk room is filled with playful décor, toys, and books, offering a fun space for little ones.

Outside:
Spanning 50 acres, the outdoor space offers endless adventures. Explore the grounds, paddleboat, fish, or kayak on your private lake, stocked with rainbow trout, tiger trout, largemouth bass, and bluegill. The hot tub and fire pit, just outside the downstairs living room, are perfect for unwinding year-round. Take a peaceful hike directly from the property or simply relax on the deck and soak in the stunning mountain views.

PARTIES OR EVENTS
Parties or events are not allowed at the rental.

PETS
We are a pet-friendly rental and charge a $250 non-refundable pet accommodation fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, cats, or extended stays.

GARAGE
Guests do not have access to the garage.

LAKE
Children must be supervised at all times around the lake. The lake is closed during the winter months.

NO SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home, including vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, and cigars. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarettes in an ashtray or a disposable cup with water. Colorado’s dry climate makes the risk of fire EXTREMELY high.

CHILDPROOFING
Guests acknowledge that no special childproofing measures have been made and accept the risk of harm to children or infants on the property.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We recommend purchasing travel insurance. We do not refund for cancellations or date changes (if rescheduled to a later date) outside our policy or for travel/COVID issues. Generally, you have 48 hours for a full refund; last-minute bookings are often non-refundable. Check your policy for details.

There are no parties of any kind allowed at our home. Doing so will result in a forfeit of your reservation, no refund, and potentially a fine for breaking our house rules and reimbursement for any damages caused. Our neighborhood noise ordinance is 10pm.
