1. Plumbing issue, was addressed before renter arrived, it was low pressure to the sink in the kitchen, master plumber came in and fixed the supply line to the kitchen, had nothing to do with drainage. After this tent left we rented unit out to two different tenants with no complaints, plumbing or otherwise.
2. We had a full occupancy when tenant was coming in-, looking to address problem before it became one, before tenant arrived, I thought being pro active with problem, giving this tenant another option, plumber arrived early from vacation day before to rectify supply line issue, had no other issue. I explained to Todd that the alternative accomodations were very nice, and I
explained that I would be paying the difference in rent, I made this very clear. the truth will set you free.
3. Comcast came out to address wifi and cable tv - couldn't fix problem fast enough as far as this tenant was concerned.
4. Two rolls of toliet paper under sink, also have back up on site, unfortunetly this tenant, would complain hours later, then when offer a solution, problem didn't exist?
5. When maids arrived to clean room, they told me that Todd and family used all linens in unit, had extra sheets, towels, two weeks worth of linens all
spread out through out living room bedrooms dining rooms etc. Maids were very badly suprised and I as well.
6. Todd called and said someone tried to use his computer, I said I would look at cameras, and the reply was don't worry about it, we left already, I checked cameras to this unit and nothing found. We have 16 cameras on site to keep everything safe and secure. Never a problem in past.
We keep a very clean and top of the line accomodations, Todd sent Me 3 text messages on how nice the place was, and incredible view, Comcast straightened out TV & WIFI. it did take a good 3 1/2 hours.
7. We have digital access codes on all entry doors, you enter the code and push the large green button on top. To lock push large button on top, not too complicated.
We have many happy guest over the years,see our reviews, you can see by are previous guest, very happy.
Then you have other guest that think they can bash and bully to get discounts, make up lies, try to make it sound bad, when basically people are smart, they read the reviews,and can see through there lies.
