The Pit Stop is your ultimate retreat near Kansas Speedway & Sporting KC! 30 night minimum. This 7-bedroom, 5.5-bath home offers endless fun, with an upper-level entertainment zone featuring Golden Tee and an indoor putting green. Additional spaces include a Mario Kart simulator, theater seating, pool table, and more. Outdoors, enjoy a heated pool, fire pit, and loungers. Ideal for families & groups, it’s the perfect destination for entertainment and relaxation. Bring the whole family!

For stays 30 nights or longer, mid-stay cleanings will be scheduled. This service is required, but we’ll work with you to find a time that’s convenient and least disruptive to your stay.

This 7 bed/5.5 bath home sleeps up to 21 guests, on two levels. There is a huge, adult loft game area AND a kids gaming/play area with a large bunk room on the lowest level with a walk-out to the pool. The lower level also has a 3rd Master with ensuite and walkout to the pool. The main level has 4 bedrooms with King beds and 1 with two twins.

Indoor Spaces:
The top floor is dedicated to fun and games, with a Golden Tee arcade, indoor putting green, and cozy lounge spaces. Additional entertainment rooms provide even more excitement, featuring theater seating, Mario Kart simulator, ping pong, pool table, darts, poker table, and more! There's something for everyone to enjoy.

The spacious home is designed with comfort in mind, with smart TVs and high-speed internet throughout. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes it easy to whip up meals for the whole group.

Outdoor Spaces:
Step outside to your resort-style backyard, featuring a heated pool (opened seasonally), fire pit, and comfortable loungers for soaking up the sun. Relax after a long day or gather with family and friends for an evening under the stars.

Bedrooms:
Each of the 7 bedrooms offers a peaceful retreat with quality linens and plenty of storage. The three master suites feature ensuite bathrooms with quality touches. Additional rooms include a mix of king and twin beds, perfect for accommodating large groups or families.

Parking & Amenities:
The garage accommodates 2 vehicles and is equipped for EV charging, with 4 additional spots in front of the garage and 2 more in the circular driveway. All guests can enjoy convenient access to parking. Parking is prohibited in front of neighbor's homes. Half ton or larger trucks with any branding must be parked in the garage. They are not permitted to be parked outdoors.

Located in Kansas City, Kansas, you'll be just a short drive from the Kansas Speedway, Sporting KC, and a wide variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few owner's storage areas.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you.

*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard

Pool & Outdoor Area Rules:
1. Pool Hours: The pool is available for use between 7 AM and 10 PM. No swimming after dark.
2. Pool Safety:
- No running near the pool.
- No glass containers in or around the pool area.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area.
3. Pool Gate & Locks:
- Keep the pool gate closed and locked at all times for safety, especially when not in use.
- Do not tamper with pool gates or locks, as they are essential for the safety of children and non-swimmers.
4. Pool Cover: When not using the pool for extended periods, please use the provided pool cover to maintain cleanliness and conserve heat.
5. No Lifeguard on Duty: Guests swim at their own risk. Please ensure that all swimmers are aware of pool safety rules.
6. Pool Equipment: Guests are not permitted to adjust pool settings or tamper with pool equipment. Contact the host for any pool-related concerns.
7. Pool heating is optional: $50/day or $1500 monthly for long term stays
8. Fire Pit Usage:
- The fire pit is available for use, but never leave the fire unattended.
- Extinguish the fire completely after use.
- Ensure that no flammable materials are placed near the fire pit.
9. Outdoor Loungers: Please use provided towels when sitting on outdoor loungers after swimming to prevent damage.
