Pool opens early April, closes late Sept to early Oct, weather dependent.

The main level offers an open floor plan.

The living room leads to the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. There is a great additional space to play games and cards with the whole family. An abundance of natural light accents the warm ambiance and homey feeling of this home.

The second living room is located in the basement with an great concrete wet bar, dart board and large sectional couch for everyone to hang out and watch all your favorite movies.

There are four bedrooms and all provide you with a high level of comfort needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of Kansas City.

Outside, enjoy the private pool surrounded by a 10 ft. privacy fence and diamond cut concrete patio. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, seating and dining will be available in the summer months.

Pool opens end of April and closes mid September, based on the weather. The pool has been closed for the season.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking and free reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with a keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking. No Parties. Be kind to the neighbors. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $300 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

For added security, this property is equipped with an outdoor security camera system.

Pool is heated by request only during certain months. Charge for pool heating is $85 per day for entirety of stay.
