Welcome to 'Beach Thyme' professionally managed by Stay on 30a! Get ready to have the "Thyme" of your life!
This oasis is nestled conveniently between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood. Beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and heavy crown molding throughout. This three story, five-bedroom home includes 3 king beds, bunk room with twin over full bunk beds, a third floor loft with a queen bed, 5 full bathrooms and one half bath. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom! Wonderful outdoor living on the balconies and fantastic grilling and dining on the back patio. With on-site parking for 2 vehicles—plus 6 complimentary adult bikes—exploring the local shops, dining spots, and entertainment of Rosemary Beach is a breeze. A tram stop is conveniently located close to the home to easily access the nearest beach via the Villas at Sunset Beach, located directly south of Seacrest Beach.
*Seacrest Beach deeded beach access will be closed for renovations January 5th to approximately January 31st. Guests should use the Inlet Beach access.

SEACREST BEACH COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. When you re ready to take a break from the pool and beach be sure to visit Peddlers Pavilion. Peddlers Pavilion is located in Seacrest Beach and is a collection of fun and unique businesses. Here you will find boutiques offering coastal attire to handmade jewelry. There are also some great local spots for dining. For additional entertainment shopping, dining and local events, take the Scenic 30A bike path to nearby Rosemary Beach, Florida.

*Seacrest Beach does not allow golf cart rentals.
*Please note, the Seacrest Community HOA has a planned pool closure for 10/27 - 11/24 for resurfacing and improvements. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

AMENITY ACCESS
In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
BEACH ACCESS
Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Capacity for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
*Home must remain pet free.
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a . Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
