Whether you’re here to explore the rich culture or simply relax by the pool, this is the perfect place to experience Mérida.
Enjoy the charm of Mérida from our spacious home, located just 2 blocks from Parque Santiago. With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining and living areas, a private pool, and 3 comfortable bedrooms, it’s the ideal space to relax and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Explore the local market, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, or take a short stroll to the Plaza Principal to experience the city’s vibrant culture.
Accommodation Regulations
1) The guest may only stay in the apartment for the days contracted. When taking the apartment, the departure date will be established. Extensions are only possible in the case of availability.
2) The apartment will be delivered working to the tenant's satisfaction. If something breaks down due to misuse, negligence or abuse by the tenant, the tenant must pay the expenses that this generates.
3) The landlord is not responsible for any theft or disappearance within the apartment.
4) Only the number of people agreed upon may live in the apartment. If more people want to stay, the landlord must be informed and the corresponding difference must be paid.
5) It is very important to keep lights and air conditioners off when the apartment is not being used, in this way we help the environment.
6) The apartment will be used only for residential purposes. No type of commercial activity or any other different from residential use may be established.
7) The inhabitants and those who visit them must observe respectful behavior with the other guests and with the owner. Visits should not involve noises that disturb the neighbors.
8) The use of the pool is under your own responsibility and is exclusively for guests. Bathing suits must be worn, food or glass containers may not be brought in.
9) If the owner, or another guest, does not feel comfortable with the behavior of another guest, they may request a change in behavior with the idea of achieving the tranquility and enjoyment of all.
10) Loud parties are prohibited.
11) After 10:00 p.m. no noise may be made that may disturb a neighboring apartment.
12) It is prohibited to introduce or use any type of illegal drugs in the apartment.
13) It is prohibited to have animals in the apartments.
14) The cleaning of the apartments and the change of sheets and towels will be done once a week by the landlord, if you require prior cleaning service there will be an extra cost, this in case of rentals for more than 20 days in both cases.
15) The guest will have a set of keys to enter and leave the apartment when necessary. The guest is entirely responsible for the proper use of these keys. In the event of loss of the keys, the guest will have to pay for the locksmith's service and the making of the new set of keys. In the event of more serious consequences, the guest will be responsible for any damage or theft caused by the loss of the keys.
16) Security depends on the front door being properly closed when entering and leaving. The guest is responsible for ensuring this on each occasion.
17) It is forbidden to make copies of the apartment keys, for the safety of the guest and other neighbors.
18) Any lost or missing objects or furniture belonging to the apartment will be paid for by the guest.
19) The location of the furniture must be respected. If you wish to change the layout, please consult the landlord.
20) In the event of any malfunction or breakdown, the guest must inform the landlord so that he can order or make the necessary repairs.
21) The use of electric or gas heaters is prohibited to avoid accidents.
22) All matters not covered by these regulations must be dealt with promptly by the interested parties.
23) The guest is reminded that the fact of not being Mexican does not exempt him from respecting Mexican laws.
24) DO NOT throw paper on the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.
