Nuestra escapada a la playa de 2 dormitorios, recientemente renovada, está perfectamente ubicada a una calle de la encantadora playa de Salisbury y a solo dos cuadras de los bares, restaurantes, galerías y karts de Salisbury Beach Center.

El apartamento del primer piso puede alojar cómodamente a 6 personas con una cama tamaño queen, una litera doble y un sofá desplegable. This was a last minute rental but the apartment was clean (the smell was a little bit overpowering when we got there, but we opened the windows and aired it out). It was a perfect size for our family of 4 and our small dog. There are AC units in the living room and main bedroom but not in the bunkbed bedroom but the temperature at night was cool so it was not an issue for us. The location was perfect - close to the beach and to the center of town. We walked everywhere and had no need to move the car. Overall, the place was a good fit for us for a labor day weekend.

Great location for a beach vacation!

Clean, updated and open floor plan! You can walk to the center for some fun or take a few steps to the beach! Pretty quiet considering the closeness of the buildings. This rental even had an air conditioner which came in handy on the really hot days. I have rented a few different places in Salisbury and this one is the nicest!

Great Property Location & Excellent Owner

Location is perfect with about 5 minute walk to the beach in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment was very clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds were very comfy. AC was nice and cold since it was hot the week we were there. Perfect size for the 4 of us. A short walk to the attractions and was not concerned letting the kids go without an adult. Mike is an excellent owner, very responsive and highly recommend.

Distance to beach good, kitchen and neighborhood, not so much

The beach was one block from the house. The kitchen was not well stocked to allow for actual cooking. The grill was coated in grease so that it was unusable. The entrances to the house were overgrown with weeds. There are really no restaurants within walking distance. Beach food is handy, but not our thing. I would not stay here again.

Hi Daniel. I am so sorry our apartment did not meet your expectations and really appreciate the honest feedback. As hosts, it's important to hear both positives and negatives so we can better the experience of our future guest. We have since removed the weeds from the entrances, restocked the kitchen with basic cooking supplies (oil, salt and pepper) and cleaned the grills. We will make sure to do a better job of staying on top of these items going forward. Thank you again.

Excellent experience!

I don’t often do reviews, but am going to have to this time. This was our first time renting a VRBO. We had an excellent experience all around. It started with us having to take a few days off our trip after we had already booked, due to our kids having a lot of makeup snow days for school. I emailed Mike, and he refunded us for the days we couldn’t come, no problem. We checked in, and the apartment was beautiful! Fresh paint, cute furniture, thick sheets and towels. All the kitchen utensils you would ever need were stocked in the cabinets. There is a couch that folds out into a bed which was a nice bonus we didn’t realize. We had a problem with the internet not working (we needed this since my poor husband had to do homework for his online Masters program while on vacation)...all it took was a quick email to Mike and it was resolved quickly. We did a lot of sightseeing, so we didn’t spend a ton of time at the apartment. I wish that we would have had more time there to enjoy! The beach is a quick walk and the access is close by. It’s a quiet area and although the Salisbury Beach boardwalk is small, Newburyport and Seabrook are very close. We have friends nearby, and when we do come to visit again will likely try and come back to this apartment and rent from Mike. Thank you for your hospitality, it made our trip so enjoyable!

Wonderful sunset getaway

Great for an off-season jaunt! We hit up Ipswich, Newburyport, Portsmouth and more because this stay was so centrally located and easy to get to. Great food and antiques/vintage all around the area

Salisbury Surf Shack

Great location to everywhere we wanted to go. Clean and fun surf / beach decor. Mike was very thorough with information and quick to respond to my messages. Check-in very easy. Also, pet friendly which is a huge plus! Would book again!

Beach trip

Place is super cute and great location to the beach. We rented both units and to have it pet friendly was a plus for us. The owner is great with communication and answered any questions we had. Only complaint is cleaning could of been a little better in certain areas.

Salisbury beach Summer 2021

This was a great property! Owner very responsive and gave alot of great ideas on places to go out to eat in the area. But kitchen fully stocked so you can eat in too. We had a lovely mid Summer week! On rainy days lots of places to go exploring in the area! So I would not cancel if bad weather is forecasted , Steps from beach and quiet neighborhood. The property was so cute! So close to everything. Had some confusion with the lock on the door. But Mike was so quick to answer and so helpful. Will totally be trying to stay here again!

Home away from home

Home away from home for my family and I. Michael was amazing in accommodating our needs.Location was perfect and literally a minute walk to beach.Only downfall was the mattresses which could use a matress topper and cleanliness could of been better .Other than that we will be back next year:)Had an amazing time and created memories to last a lifetime.

This is the IDEAL home for couples or families looking for a summer getaway. My home is walking distance from all you need (beaches, restaurants, bars, games, fishing etc).

The apartment was fully remodeled only a few years ago and is fully equipped with everything you need; tv, wifi, AC and fully applianced kitchen.

Vaulted ceiling make for an even bigger feel.
