Walk into a welcoming foyer and explore the spacious first-floor living room with a comfortable seating area and TV. Down the hall, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Head to the second floor, where you’ll find more sleeping quarters. The third floor features your main living spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from casual coffee to elaborate dinners. Choose your favorite spot among bar stools, a breakfast nook, formal dining table, and plenty of cozy couches and chairs. Step onto the third-floor balcony for breathtaking ocean sounds and views—perfect for winding down. Beach access is conveniently located just two streets away, and we provide beach towels and chairs for your use!

The house is fully available to guest

No smoking in the property.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
