2 bedroom (plus sleeping nook - upstairs loft), 2.5 bath home situated in the heart of Wapato Point. The home features lake views and is just steps away from the outdoor pool (seasonal) and a short walk to the sandy beach and lake amenities. Guests have access to all Wapato Point has to offer including the outdoor pool, indoor pool, beaches, volleyball, basketball, tennis & pickle ball courts, mini-golf, watercraft rentals, and so much more!

*All guests are required to register their guests, vehicles, and watercraft with Wapato Point Resort upon arrival. A link for pre-registration will be sent just before your arrival. Your registration states that you and your guests will also adhere to Wapato Point Resort Rules & Regulations. The Designated Responsible Person (DRP) = A renter or guest who is responsible for, registers, and ensures compliance of rules by all occupants staying at a home or condo when the owner is not present.

*YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN BOAT/WATERCRAFT
-The Mill Bay boat launch is located just 1.7 miles down the road. After launch, you can store your trailer on the property in the boat/trailer parking area adjacent to the Wapato Point Resort Maintenance Facility. Storage is on a first come first serve basis. There are mooring buoys and docks on both the East and West sides of the Wapato Point Resort property. Moorage is included- first come first serve basis.

Stays of more than 14 days will require a cleaning during your stay and you will be charged as such.

House Rules:
Must be 25 years old to book
Maximum # of guests: 8 (if we are alerted that there are more than 8 guests, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee and possible eviction).
No pets allowed. Any evidence of pets on property will result in a $300 fine and eviction.
No events or parties
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or tobacco is allowed, including the outdoor areas. (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, cigars, marijuana, tobacco, etc.). Any evidence of smoking or tobacco/drug materials on property will result in a $300 fine and possible eviction.
Wapato Point Resort has a NO SMOKING policy throughout the resort property and only allowed in designated areas.

*For your safety and ours, we have exterior security cameras monitoring the front door and deck entrance. These are motion activated and record video 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.

Quiet Hours: 11pm-8am
Please notify us within 24 hours if you have any issues so we can address them promptly.

The hot tub is a popular feature and we want all our guests to enjoy it! It is maintained weekly with regular cleaning and chemicals. Please obey the hot tub rules for everyone's enjoyment and safety.

HOT TUB RULES
• No lifeguard on duty - use hot tub at your own risk.
• No diving
• Children under 13 need to be accompanied by an adult.
• No glassware or eating while in the hot tub.
• Toddlers must wear swim diapers - please check the temperature (it can be very hot!) before letting small children in.
• Swim wear must be worn at all times.
• Close hot tub cover after every use.
• Please wash off before entering hot tub - washing off lotions, creams, suntan oil, sand, dirt, etc..

*If these rules are not adhered to and we are required to drain and refill for our next guests due to your actions, you will be charged a $300.00 fee.
Please note: Wapato Point does have wildlife (racoons, deer, birds, geese, etc. - PLEASE do not feed the wildlife and please do not leave food or garbage on the deck.
