Conveniently located near grocery stores, coffee shops, and public transport, it's the perfect base for exploring Charleston’s history and charm.
We hope all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.

If smoking is detected in the home there is at minimum a $250 deep cleaning fee charged to the guest's reservation.
