We’re proud Colorado natives who love creating memorable experiences for our guests. Cody is a professional singer, and Marlana is a retired professional ballet dancer who now oversees a local ballet program in our community. We’ve been married for over 20 years and are the proud parents of five wonderful children, whom we homeschool to embrace the freedom of traveling the world together as a family.
We believe in thoughtful hospitality, meaningful connections, and making every stay feel special. We're excited to welcome you and help make your time in Louisville unforgettable.

Our Home & Neighborhood
Our home holds a special place in our hearts. Cody grew up right here in Louisville, and this beautiful house has been in the family for years. We were honored to inherit it after the passing of his beloved mother, who was a warm, caring homemaker with a deep love for serving others. Her legacy of hospitality continues to inspire us every day.
We know she would be proud to see this home filled with joy, comfort, and connection—as it now welcomes guests from all over. Hosting not only allows us to share the charm of Louisville, but also helps us continue a tradition of care and community.

And after a day of exploring? Unwind in our sparkling new hot tub, a guest favorite. Maintained with great care by Cody, it’s consistently praised as “the cleanest hot tub we’ve ever used!” – and we take pride in that.
