We are doing renovations in the condo at the moment and will update when these are completed.Because of Thai law regarding length of stay for condo rental,I have to advertise monthly rentals.Please email me regarding this.If you have seen the fantastic series Thailand on BBC, then lots of places featured so far are a day trip from our condo.The amazing Prayanakorn Cave ,is just 40 min drive.Our 2nd home has all you need for a fantastic holiday. Fully fitted kitchen, very well equipped.I will send a full inventory and Info about Hua Hin from my personal email,but this can only be sent when Home Away receive a confirmed booking.Fridge freezer, new induction hob nov 17, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/mini board.Safety box, Granite breakfast bar. Lounge with leather sofa, Samsung TV, DVD, Internet for multiple users.Floor fan. Mosquito blinds, air-con.Double bedroom Queen bed, air-con, full length double mirrored wardrobe, See all of you before u go out! Balcony with cafe tables & 4 chairs. Elephants : Don't worry if you don't have enough time to see Elephants in Northern Thailand, you can see them after a 10 min walk or 5 min scooter ride from the condo!! wash, feed, even sleep with elephants at Elephant Country.It is fantastic check their website out. Also go for a day to Wildlife Friends for Thailand Cha am..this is a fantastic rescue centre.See Elephants to Slow Lorris.

Extra fitted cupboards in the kitchen,means loads of storage space.Space for empty luggage.Security box now installed.Unlike other condo's we provide cleaning tools,,so you can keep your costs down and D.I.Y. if you are on a budget.Also a top loader washing machine is in the bathroom area.To confirm this you can ask to see a full inventory when you book.Or the maids at Tiraa can provide you with a cleaning and laundry service very cheaply as you require.

Fantastic stay

Comfortable condo, well equipped, a lot more than expected. Tira Tirra is a well managed complex, whith smiling and helpfull staff. I really felt welcome here. Diana taylor (the owner from Manchester) is very helpfull with advices ecc on mails. YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE !

It's pretty difficult to think of something that has not been previously mentioned in reviews, and I concur that the condo is a great place to stay. We were in the apartment for 6 weeks and EVERYTHING you could possibly need for an extended stay was supplied. We found the location to be excellent, we walked everywhere, or used the 10 baht bus, which was only a couple of hundred metres away, as was the fresh fruit / meat / fish market and the local 7-11 about 100 metres. Both the night market and Chatsila market were close, or catch the 10 baht bus to Cicada and Tamarind markets (next to each other). The pool was lovely to come back to after a day out and was always clean, as was the general condition of the complex, the staff were friendly and helpful. We did a foodie tour early in our stay, great for orientation and an introduction to the market, and several tours with Western Tours, Hua Hin and found them to be a good tour company, great guide with good english communication. Diana was great to deal with and quick to reply to emails, so highly recommended to stay here

Just back from six weeks in Diana's condo (Tira Tiraa) fantastic.Great pool, The condo is just fantastic, you have every thing you need t,v safe, ful kitchen,WALK IN SHOWER well maintained and very clean ,very nice balcony over looking pool.All the staff are so helpfuull Short walk to beach which is so nice, Thank you Diana for making my holiday great. Lively Beach Holiday Town

9 Nights break in Hua Hin after train travelling within Thailand. Pleased that the apt is quite close to Hua Hin's picture postcard railway station, our early morning departure (06.00) was easy with taxi Tuk Tuk arranged by the complex's management. This apartment was ideal for our needs, 1 bedroom with lounge and kitchen and very nice bathroom with a washer installed. Balcony overlooking the pool and receiving the morning sun. Well managed and gave us all we needed for a relaxing but interesting beach and town holiday. Communication with Diana the owner was excellent, detailed and informative information was easily available by email. Hua Hin offers everything you'd want for a coastal break, the night market is very accessible, hiring a scooter also made the miles long beach very easy to get to, the problem was deciding which beach bar was the favourite to enjoy each day. The proximity of the apartment to shops and also to the bar/restaurant areas was ideal, though a Tuk Tuk for the return to the apartment was always available at the end of the evening. In summing up, we would definitely recommend the Tira Tiraa Apartment to anyone looking for a well equipped, convenient and central base for a stay in Hua Hin.

Fabulous Condo in a great Location!!

We would highly recommend Tira Tirra condominium in Hau Hin The Condo was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped so we wanted for nothing.!! The staff on the complex were very friendly and helpful!! There was also a shop on site which was very handy and a lovely large swimming pool It was also situated in an ideal location very close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants .the Beach & the top ten places to visit in Hau Hin A perfect base to relax, explore & enjoy Hau Hin...We would definitely stay here again xx Gary & Julie Swindells from UK

Wonderful Condo & Great Location

Staying at Tira Tiraa was a very enjoyable experience. The location, staff, security, pool and gym are all top notch and the property is clean and well maintained. Diana’s condo is very nice, has all the conveniences such washing machine, full kitchen with hot water and coffee press, hair dryer, great couch, TV, safe, locking bedroom, mirrors and plenty of storage. We also enjoyed using the sound system by plugging in our cell phones to enjoy our choice of music. In addition, the internet service was adequate and very much appreciated. The information on Hua Hin that Diana sent was very useful and we referred to it often for restaurants and activities. The condo is within easy walking distance to the night and day markets and there are also some great restaurants very nearby. Although we ate out most evenings, it was nice to be able prepare meals in the condo on occasion. I would certainly stay at Diana’s condo again during future trips and highly recommend it! A perfect getaway for the ultimate holiday

All the reviews and positive comments of this condo and of the complex are 100% true and correct.We had 3 fantastic weeks here with not 1 bad experience.The apartment has everything for your needs and entertainment.The swimming pool is so clean and not overdone with chlorine which makes it a joy to swim in.The information pack provided by Diana is also very helpful.The friendliness of the staff is exceptional and starts with the cheerful gate lady on your arrival. I had to cancel my first few weeks here on unforeseen personal matters but dealing with Diana on this was never an issue so once again Diana A BIG THANKYOU.I will be back to Huo Hin for a holiday and I will be rebooking here without question. Great location

We stayed at this condo the last two weeks of February. It is very well equipped and clean, viewing a large pool area with sun loungers. The location is great. Shops, night market and restaurants at walking distance. It is quiet at night and Tira Tiraa has a 24hr security. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Diana too was a great help, replying immediately to emails and sending us information about Hua Hin.

Great stay for our first adventure to Thailand!

We stayed at this condo for 10 days in November. It is very well equipped and clean, nice large pool area with sun loungers and gardens for shady areas. The location is great for night time restaurants, being only a few minutes from the night market. Although on arrival the situation of the building seems busy, being in a very Thai part of Hua Hin, the actual condo faces the pool area and is quiet at night for sleeping. Diana was a great help with arranging the booking, replying immediately to emails and sending us loads of information. The Manageress of the building was great and was always there to help if we had any issues. Hua Hin is a great destination, offering lots of things to do and the chance to relax. We managed to hike and mountain bike whilst we were there - great fun even in the heat! We always felt extremely safe throughout our trip, the Thai people were lovely. The condo does have 24hr manned security at the gate though for that extra peace of mind. The condo really was a home from home and made our first trip to Thailand that extra bit special!

Great seven weeks in Hua Hin

We enjoyed a wonderful seven week stay, including Christmas and New Year, at the Tira Tiraa Condo. The apartment was significantly different to the majority. Firstly many of the the other apartments offered for rental are inadequately furnished and equipped. We have heard/seen apartments that have a significant lack of bedding, crockery, cutlery, etc. This is certainly not the case with Diana's apartment which was exceedingly well equipped with everything you would want for a self catering holiday. The design and decor of the apartment is very individual. The majority seem to have opted for a standard white furniture pack. The owners here have applied there own ideas with a darker approach and individual design. What appears to be unique is the transformation of the balcony into a dining area with table and chairs and a cupboard to hide the air con units. The apartment overlooks the pool facing East. The condo is ideally situated with a short walk into town and within a radius of couple of hundred yards are a 7/11, large supermarket, Swedish bakery, restaurant (irice). Short walk to night market and 10 baht bus. Excellent 24 hour security with gated entrance from early evening and electronic key to enter condo interior. The apartment itself is well worth a 5 star rating The only minor letdown was the cleanliness of the general public areas - particular corridors and entrance etc - which did not seem to be cleaned as often as previously experienced. Which was a pity. Finally would like to thank Diana for all her help and assistance with our booking and regular communication .

Great stay, we LOVED it!

We stayed 8 nights here over Songkran and had a fantastic time. In the run up to our stay, the communication with Diana was great, and upon arrival the staff at the complex were lovely. The communal areas were well kept and clean. The pool was lovely and always sunbeds available. We used the laundry service which took slightly longer than we normally are used to in Thailand (2 days to return) however this may be due to the public holidays over Songkran. The apartment itself was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. The balcony was great for enjoying a lazy breakfast, the bathroom huge, with a fabulous power shower, and the air con worked really well and was nice and quiet. Location wise, there is a 7/11 approx 3 minutes away, and the night market is 5 minutes away. It is then a further 5-10 minute walk to the main square of bars/ restaurants/ pier in town. We did notice a lack of tuk tuks in the immediate vicinity so we got a tuk tuk drivers phone number and ended up using him for the majority of the time (yes we are lazy, but it was just too hot to walk around all the time!) We would without question recommend this place to friends (we actually already have) and very much look forward to staying again. We cant thank you enough, we have such fond memories that will stay with us forever of this holiday!!

Het appartement was precies zoals beschreven en dus voldeed het uitstekend voor een wat langer verblijf. De service van het personeel is prima. Het is centraal gelegen en je kunt zo de stad in wandelen.Het zwembad is erg mooi maar in deze tijd van het jaar wat aan de frisse kant.Het strand(Takiab beach3) waar wij gebruik van maakten lag 10 km verder maar dat was geen probleem er zijn genoeg vervoersmogelijkheden.Ik zou deze woning zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden en familie. geen probleem

Extremely good value for money,and well organised!

Have stayed in several of the properties in Tira Tiraa over the last four years. The description of the property is exactly accurate,which makes a pleasant change.It is ideal accomodation for two adults looking to spend a relaxing time in a clean and well maintained property.It has everything one could possible require whilst visiting the town.Within easy reach of town centre,beach,and of course golf courses which it is famous for.The sun arrives on the balcony just after 7,00am and remains there until approx 10,00,so n ice location for breakfast over-looking the pool. The owner Diane did everything to assist my booking,and the staff in Tira Tiraa were there usual helpful selves.I intend taking my daughter there to view the property in December with the view to her possibly renting. Would happily recommend the property to other interested holiday makers,i do believe that two adults is an ideal number for the size.

Great Location...

I stayed at this great condo with my friend for a week. The owner was really helpful, sent loads of info.The staff were brilliant…Although not a huge condo, being 1 bedroom; the decoration and the totally white tiled floor, even the balcony, give it a spacious, airy feel. While not luxurious, it is very well equipped, pool towels etc. very clean and great value. One couple, we got talking to at the pool were in a mountainside condo. They were unhappy with the condition and inventory of their apartment. We invited them in for a snack and a drink and they were really jealous of ours, how well it was equipped and what we had paid!! Just noticed on a previous review, another guest had made a similar comment. So I guess not all the condos at Tira for rental, are as good as this one. The pool area is amazing and the gardens well kept. The location for the night market and all the evening entertainment couldn’t be better. I’d read trains could be noisy, but the situation of the bedroom, being pool facing and of course the hum of air con blowers means you get a good night sleep. The nearest beach is a 10 min walk, but we went to the pool in the mornings, then jumped on the little green bus at the day Market and spent the afternoons at Monkey Mountain beach. The restaurant in front of the condos, I Rice is really good. Definitely recommended.

An enjoyable place to stay

Whilst compact the owners have been generous in the equipping of this unit when compared to others in the building. It is well supplied with linen, towels, free wifi and the overseas owner is concerned enough to be in contact should there be a problem. It is extremely clean and well maintained.We stayed for a week and would have no hesitation in recommending this unit. For nearby restaurants we would recommend I Rice, but a bit of exploration towards the beach will provide many opportunities plus the nearby markets. The bakery opposite the 7/11 store has the best cream buns !!

Nice apartment great location

Diana's apartment was clean, well maintained and well equipped. Tira Tiraa has a great swimming pool and is well located just a 5 min walk to centre of the town and the day and night markets. Prior to our travel Diana provided us with a wealth of info regarding where to eat and what to see and do. During our stay we were in contact by email with Diana who answered any questions we had. We had a great time in Hua Hin and found the local people to be kind, friendly and helpful. In particular we enjoyed the beach at Chopstick Hill which was only a 10 baht ride. All in all a wonderful two weeks.

Great location

We (the 2 of us) had good time in Hua Hin and the condo's location is great, with a bit more of a local feel than the area right near the beach. We enjoyed exploring town by bike (the rental lady is lovely!) and going to the beach at Khao Takiab. The bed was comfy and the shower is very nice (good water pressure). Diana the owner is very helpful and answered my e-mails very quickly.

Great Apartment !!

I Stayed in this Apartment for two months, and can't recommend it enough. It is perfect for a stay in Hua Hin. The apartment is bright, clean, well maintained and very well equiped, it as descibed and the same as the photos. The location is great, 15 mins walk to beach, and right next to the night market which is ideal. There is a great restuarant next door called I-Rice, which i can also recommend. The staff at Tira Tiraa were also excellent, any problems sorted straight away. The owners made everything so easy also and are a pleasure to deal with, nothing was to much bother, communication was first class. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment. I'm back to this apartment this year, having spent four months in Hua Hin, so I should now.

Totally FABULOUS place to stay in soooo many ways!

We stayed at the Tira Tiraa in this delightful one bed apartment that provided more than enough space for us with our young daughter. Everything about the booking was made simple with the owner being on hand to answer any questions immediately, that we had.Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Be it about, shopping, eating out in the area, animal friendly elephant sanctuary's, you name it and the owner could answer. All our transfers were arranged by the owner and when we arrived in the spotlessly clean, and very modern apartment there was someone ready to greet us to show us around and to be on call should we have any problems. There was a really thoughtful welcome pack of juice, fruit, water etc that we hadn't even requested but which was GREATLY appreciated after our long journey. The apartment is in a great location, just minutes away from the night market with the most amaaaaazing freshly bbq'd seafood, and a lovely stroll to the beach. If you get too tired to walk back from the beach then simply jumped into a tuk tuk for the ride of your life for only a couple of quid! Sooo much fun! The thai people are so friendly and always on hand to help. My daughter had a great time in the pool, and the gym was sufficient for my hubby as was the sauna, and if you get too hot sweating it out on the treadmill then you can simply open up the WHOLE side of one wall via a sliding door and it almost feels as if you are working out, outside! The apartment is also VERY well equipped, and even provides beach mats, towels and a lilo for the pool! We were only there a few days and found ourselves already planning our return, but this time with even more family and friends. Great apartment, great location, great owners and even best of all a bl**dy great price!!!!

Wonderful stay, do highly recommend

I stayed in this condo with my son for two weeks and did highly enjoy out stay. The condo has everything that we needed to have a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and always smiling. There was a small welcome basket prepared for us when we arrived which was a nice touch.We we greeted by a nice lady called Yaya which showed us the unit and surroundings and hand over the keys. The condo was in very good shape, but I heard that the owner was going to redecorate the condo to and tile the whole condo which I think will be very nice. I can highly recommend this condo and complex to anyone that wants to stay close to everything in Hua hIn.

A Happy Holiday & A Great Condo

We had a great time in Hua Hin and the condo exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of the inventory (plentiful linen, towels, cutlery, crockery etc.). The location was great and we enjoyed being close to the night market. There were numerous excellent and reasonably priced local restaurants within a five minute walk, and, whilst centrally located the apartment was quiet at night. The pool area was also the perfect retreat during the heat of the day. The staff at Tira Tiraa were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. The property agent was as promised there when we arrived, emailed us mid-stay to see whether everything was ok, and then met us again the evening before we departed. Diana (the owner) was very helpful in advance of our visit, providing information on the condo, the local area and amenities. If visiting Hua Hin in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to book again, and will certainly recommend to friends and family. A great find, providing better value and more freedom than a hotel.

two 50+ hua hin trip 2011

We arrived in Hua Hin on June 23rd for a three weeks stay at Diana's condo and received a warm welcome from her rep and the staff at Tira Tiraa, they are very friendly people. Diana's condo is clean, well maintained and very comfortable, we had everything we needed, her welcoming package of juice, fresh fruit, coffee and milk were very much appreciated. We loved sitting out on the balcony with view to the big swimming pool, eating take away meals or a drink. We enjoyed our walks to night market where we come home with food, fresh fruits and goodies. The trips to town centre is only 10 minutes away in a tuk tuk, the big shopping complex, Lotus have all we need from restaurants to supermarket and everything else. We would certainly recommend Diana's condo to all our friends especially our age group.

We bought our condo over 10 years ago. After holidaying in various places in Thailand ,we decided Hua Hin was a safe, friendly, resort. Great Thai atmosphere and would be a fantastic place to spend the Winter, when we eventually retire. We live in the Peak District and still work.!!Our adult children now visit the condo every year,with their partners.They still love Hua Hin..
We get out to the condo once, sometimes twice a year,for our maintenance checks and holiday. I just love, opening the front door and walking through to the balcony...'Home sweet Home'

Some condos are bought purely for investment and are left in the hands of agencies. We visit and maintain ours regularly, to keep it in good condition.During Covid restrictions,we also received a monthly newsletter from the condo staff,detailing jobs they have done throughout the month.We can relax when in the UK,knowing the condo and the building is being well looked after,In May 2020, the building was totally re-painted,taking 2 months.It is like a new home.The pool area had a massive refurb last year and the gardens are spectacular.Because of the constant maintenance ,we now have several regular returning guests every year,so we do get booked up quickly.First time visitors,can use the on line booking service for peace of mind.Then can deal with me direct for a 2nd visit.

Prior to purchase, we holiday rented condos, in different locations .A beach condo ,at Khao Takieb, was great during the day, but we needed transport for night time and haggling with tuk-tuk drivers got annoying.....Tira Tiraa,is a great location for night time. Close proximity to the day market, for those tasty fried chicken snacks and with the local 10 bht bus 2 mins around the corner, the nicer beaches at KTakieb are easily accessible, or just enjoy the lovely pool and gardens!! The English speaking Manageress , Nid, is an absolute angel and will make you feel very welcome...
