Ibis Suite is an excellent choice for your next getaway in Key West! This welcoming suite is part of Southernmost Sanctuary, offering easy access to shared hot tubs and a lovely patio to soak up the island atmosphere. Equipped with a kitchenette, cable TV, and complimentary WiFi, you’ll feel right at home.

The Space:
Ibis Suite features a comfortable layout ideal for friends or couples, with two Queen beds for added flexibility. You’re just a short stroll from the vibrant attractions on historic Duval Street, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and nightlife. Nearby, you’ll find a cafe, convenience store, gift shop, and bike and scooter rentals, all within the same block. Don’t miss the iconic Southernmost Point, just one block away, and South Beach, only three blocks from your door. Ibis Suite is also part of the Southernmost Sanctuary, a charming six-unit property that can be rented together for larger gatherings or family retreats.

Enjoy hassle-free, contactless check-in with our convenient e-lock system. Ibis Suite is pet-friendly, allowing one small dog (30 lbs or less) to join your stay. Please note that parking is not available on-site.

Everything was great, The host was great, the room was great, until the moment you try to get internet. The internet service really sucked. TV kept buffering, signal in and out, couldn't stream. We did see a huge Palmetto Roach on the kitchen floor, but that's expected, I think. Before getting there, we were notified of everything we needed to be aware of. Very accommodating.

Ibis is a hidden gem!

Great private peaceful stay in a beautiful tucked away property! Room was clean and well equipped with all our needs. Very quiet. Be was heavenly! Steps away you could be out on a busy little street with food and snack options. Love the check in check out process - was seamless. Duval is a block away. The bus route that goes the length of Duval to Mallory Square is two blocks away! Southernmost Point and Butterfly Conservatory within 2 blocks! Close to the Nightlife if you want it to walk it or you can just enjoy the quiet charm! Thumbs up!

The location was perfect, close enough to walk to anything we needed to get to. The hosts went above and beyond to be helpful and even picked us up from the airport! The room was great and felt very private.

Wonderful getaway in Key West

This place was perfect for a getaway in Key West. The location was close to many great restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spotless. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend, I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a great experience with Colocada. From the moment we arrived, they were very responsive to our calls and texts. They picked us up from the airport to bring us directly to the house, and also drove us around town upon request. One time they picked us up in a party van (for just my family of four) which our kids loved! Our house was located inside a collection of houses that was enclosed with a locked gate. While small, the house had everything we needed such as a kitchenette, an indoor table, and an outdoor table just outside the door. There wasn’t much counter space for cooking, but that was ok for us since we had planned to dine out most days. It was easy to bring back leftovers (the fridge in the house was large), and reheat them in the microwave. I really appreciated the small, thoughtful touches, like an individual box of detergent left inside the house (perfect for the complementary laundry machines on the property) and the beach towels they provided. The hot tubs were a great bonus and made to end the day. The location (Simonton and South St), right next to (Ana’s cafe), was perfect and felt very safe. It was very conveniently located which was helpful because we could return there between activities when our kids got cranky or just needed some air conditioning. I would happily stay with Colocada again the next time we visit Key West!

Good location.

Property was overall clean. Floors didn’t feel clean, but not horrible. We wore socks. Washing machines were left with clothes in them for over 24 hrs. With only 2 machines, this should not be allowed. Parking was a struggle. Booking website should state that street parking is primarily pay per hour (6.00) until midnight. Would be convenient if website also indicated what was include at property (such as laundry soap, dish soap, iron, ironing board, shower soaps and lotions, coffee pods.) Overall a good experience but as a first time Vrbo customer we didn’t know what was included or what to expect.

Property as listed- overall a bit over-priced and no parking.

Granted we visited two weeks before spring break, but hindsight a hotel probably was better choice considering we had to scramble for an hour to find non-residence parking for overnight 3blocks away. So we paid for Ubers everywhere (island problem not owner, but be aware. Owner did respond timely and offer parking and shuttle, but not a convenient option when trying to maximize vacation time on an expensive island!
