We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this home and couldn’t be happier. This is our third stay with this host — we’ve stayed twice in their pink home, and Margaritaville is just as stellar.The house is decorated in a colorful theme that immediately makes you feel relaxed and on vacation. Parrot-heads will love this home! The Christmas tree and holiday touches were such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay feel extra special.The home is spotless, comfortable, and stocked with extended amenities that truly went above and beyond. This host consistently provides an outstanding experience, which is why we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

We always love our stay here! We saw manatees almost every day, which was such a treat. The fireplace was perfect for setting the cozy ambiance during a chilly weekend. We especially enjoyed the downstairs area with the TV for watching football. The kitchen is well stocked, which is great since we cook most of our meals. The space is very comfortable and welcoming. Don’t miss LaurieCue for some excellent BBQ while you’re in town!

this is a wonderful place. Nice and relaxing beautiful view of the river. Chairs that are set out next to the water. The house is decorated beautifully to the theme of Margaritaville. we love the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The owners go above and beyond that ensures everything is in place. We even had coffee ready to go to enjoy our first morning. We stayed seven days and loved every minute of it. We didn’t wanna leave. The place is very clean. Mattresses were nice to sleep on. Pricing may seem a little high, but for what you get is certainly worth it. I would highly recommend this place. Will be back next year. Thank YOU. .

This property has been one of my favorite stays of ALL time, and I travel a lot. Tonya and her Husband went above in beyond with timely communication from booking to check-in, and even questions while in the home for local recommendations. Their home is spacious, clean, decked out in fabulous Jimmy Buffet/Cheeseburger in Paradise/Margaritaville decor, and every kitchen appliance and tool needed to make a feast every night! It was absolutely wonderful. This was a memorable trip for our family and can’t wait to go back in the future! I highly recommend. I have been to this area before and stayed in several different homes. I would actually pass this house and it looked appealing from the outside. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. There is nothing I could not have done as far as cooking, watching the TV and outdoor activities the area has to offer. Communications were great, and the guide in the home was super practical. Really really well done and I can’t wait to get back there asap!!

Oh my goodness words can’t possibly describe how much fun we had! I spent 20 years of my career working in hospitality, and this home provides all the hospitable feels of home and so much more! I think one of our favorite joys were all of the different vessels to choose from! Kayaks/paddle boards that provide opportunities for two, one or even small kids. Absolutely everything was thought of in this home! We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful getaway

This home was everything we expected and more! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay — from kayaks and paddle boards to cornhole for some friendly competition.We absolutely loved the Margaritaville theme throughout the home; it added such a fun, laid-back vibe to our trip. But the real highlight was the direct access to the river — it truly doesn’t get better than that. Whether we were paddling out at sunrise or just soaking in the peaceful views, it made our stay unforgettable.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot!

Perfect vacation home! This is our 2nd stay at the yellow house, have stayed at the pink one many times as well. Out of all the many vacation homes i have to say Tonya and Toby do it right! So many thoughtful details and it is truly a luxurious home, 5 star bedding, spa like master shower, delightful kitchen with lovely views. Everytime we go we just fall more in love with this magical river. Saw tons of manatees and river dolphins, a natural paradise for sure. Paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming in the river, there is even a very fun swing just up a few houses. Looking forward to the next time!

Weeki Wachee Dream House

We had an incredible stay at this brand-new property on the Weeki Wachee River! The location is unbeatable—right on the river with beautiful views and easy access to the water. There is a rope swing available to the public a couple houses down in swimming distance that we definitely took advantage of. The house was spotless, clearly very well maintained, and everything felt fresh and new. The vibes were impeccable and you can tell there was not one detail unthought of! We were amazed to see over a dozen manatees, including babies, right from the back dock—such an unforgettable experience! The host, Tonya, was over-the-top communicative and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely rent here again! Actually, we might not rent anywhere else ever again!

We are local Floridians who treasure the nature coast. Our dream was to build a home next to a beautiful Florida river. We are amazed at the gorgeous views of sea life and sunsets every time we stay there. We are excited to share our dream with you! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We are walking distance to a wonderful waterfront restaurant, Upper Deck, and Roger's Park. Some of our favorite local hangouts are Bayport Inn, Tropical Grille, Silver Dolphin, and Drunken Mullet. It's only a short boat ride to the Gulf and Hospital Hole is right around the bend up river. It's a perfect location to enjoy the best that the nature coast has to offer!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the architecture in Key West and decided to bring this flair to the river. We lost our favorite musician, Jimmy Buffett, in Sept 2023, the same day we purchased the lot to build. It was only fitting to keep his memory alive in the style and art work in our river home. We added a Tiki Bar, corn hole game, and parrots throughout to keep the parrot head vibe going! We hope you enjoy it!!
