For Mid Term Reservations: For all reservations longer than 28 nights, we require the completion of a lease agreement. In addition, a background and credit check will be conducted to ensure a smooth and secure stay. This process helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. Please note that this listing is for the upper unit only. The basement is currently unoccupied and used for storage. There is a tenant on the other side of the duplex, and while we strive to provide a peaceful and quiet stay, there is potential for some noise from the neighboring unit. We appreciate your understanding and are confident this won’t impact the comfort of your stay.

All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
