🗓️ For Mid-Term Reservations:

For all reservations longer than 28 nights, we require the completion of a lease agreement 📝. In addition, a background and credit check 🔍💳 will be conducted to ensure a smooth and secure stay. This process helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.
