Located in the heart of Lakeside, CA, nestled in a great neighborhood Newly furnished with relaxing decor and fully equipped kitchen to fill all your cooking needs. Enjoy the mountain views while BBQing, watching family and friends take a dip in the pool, or relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the day. Take advantage of having room to unwind with spacious king beds while traveling with larger groups or just a few friends. You can even hideaway in the cozy private living room inside the bunk bed room. Let yourself take in the sunny days under the pergola and enjoy the cozy fire pit at night.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, cozy, and had such a welcoming feel. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. We’re so grateful for such a great stay and the bonus of seeing the beautiful peacocks in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner provided plenty of towels, k-cups, and many other little conveniences. The home had a high chair and pack and play for our youngest family member. The pool was enjoyed daily by everyone. The home was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Spring Break Escape

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at the Mountain View Oasis home in Lakeside, CA. The property owners were great communicators, responsive and accommodating. The home was well stocked with all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was close to San Diego and a nice escape from the city at nighttime. Our kids enjoyed the wild peacocks in the neighborhood and the pool. The pool is heated at an additional cost per day. We would recommend this place to other families.

Great house for a family in Lakeside

House was nicely redone. Homeowner, Jenny, was very responsive to all questions. Anything that was needed during our stay was quickly remedied by Jenny. We wished we had better weather. It was quite chilly. We opted to pay the extra for heating the pool. The pool felt cool at 82 degrees. Since it was cool outside 82 felt chilly. The kids didn't last long swimming. Extra Blankets, pillows, beach towels were all provided. We were there for a funeral so it was nice to come back to a comfortable home.

Great property, all needs met!

The house had everything we could possibly need! Well thought out and arranged! Furnishings are new, stylish and felt like an upscale resort/spa with the pool and bath items. Loved the shampoo! Everything we needed in the kitchen, and didn't have a chance to take advantage of much of the amenities like the fire pit and BBQ. The property owner was very helpful, easy to communicate with! We had 6 family gather for 4 days and it was just perfect for everyone. Walmart was very close to pick up what we needed. Close to the freeway so easy access to wherever we wanted to go. We even had a small medical emergency and the hospital was close by. We've stayed in many VRBOs in many areas and this one is a 5 star for meeting all of our needs, wants and the TVs in every room were awesome, but really loved the big screen TV in the family room. Shower heads were awesome! The owner provided all of the information we needed very clearly and easily. I could brag on all of the details, but I have NO complaints on anything. It's in a busy little neighborhood but was quiet! Highly recommend!
